The Walk To School

Nikki:

I'm walking to school because I don't have a car and I refuse to ride the bus. It's really hot today so I'm wearing lime green short-shorts, a white tank-top and white high-tops.

All of a sudden I hear someone whistle behind me. I smile because I knew who it was. He follows me every day.

Me:"Hey Roc...."

Roc:"Waddup ma. Ya lookin sexy today." He wrapped his arm around me and kissed me on the cheeck. He's so cute!!!!

Me:"Ummhmm.... You better stop wasting your time, cuz you ain't gettin none of this...."

Roc:"Whatever....I will one day."

Me:"Whatever you say....." The rest of the walk to school, he kept running his mouth. This boy is so crazy.

Roc:"Hey how'd you get these?" I tensed up. I knew he was looking at the bruises on my arms from my father.

Me:"Ummmm.... I don't know..." He had a questioning look.

Roc:"Nikki you know you can tell me anything right? Annndddd when I find out who did this to you, I'll tear a nigga up!!!" I laughed. I smiled at him because I know I can trust him. He's such a good friend.

Me:"Trust me it's nothing...ok?"

Roc:"Alright alright...." We walked into the school doors.

Roc:"Aight I'll see you at lunch boo!"

Me:"Ok bye!" He slapped my butt and walked off. He turned around to see me expression because he knows I hate that! Uhhh! He just laughed and walked to his locker. Fool

Lunch Period

Nikki:

I walked into the cafeteria. I really don't know where to sit. Oh! There's Roc! He sitting at a table with Jay, of course. I walk over and go sit with them.

Me:"Hey guys!"

Jay:"Waddup Nik."

Roc:"Hello beautiful." I just laughed and rolled my eyes.

Me:"Hello Trey...." He pinched my arm.

Me:"Ouch! What the heck?"

Roc:"Never again." I stuck my tung out at him.

Me:"Whatever."

End of day

Nikki:

I was at my locker putting my books away when I felt someone tap my shoulder. I turned around and of course, it was Roc. I smiled at him.

Roc:"I'm walking with you today."

Me:"Alright.... And????"

Roc:"You're coming to my house today."

Me:"Ummm says who?" I put my hand on my hip.

Roc:"C'mon Nikki! We never hang out...."

Me:"Uhhhh fine! My dad won't care anyways."

Roc:"Aight let's go!" He grabbed my hand and we walked out the door.
