Enterance

A 18 year old male looked at himself in a mirror while combing his silky, light grey hair.

"Lookin' good" he mumbled to himself.

He walked out of his bathroom and grabbed his phone. After that, he went downstairs.

The boy made a simple breakfast consisting of cereal and an omelet. Once he finished, his father entered the house.

"Hi Dad." The teenager said.

"Hello Champ." The father went to the kitchen and looked around, "Do you know where your mother puts the tape?"

"I dunno, why do you need tape?" The boy asked.

"Well... I just need something to cover this rip on my hero suit." The father responded.

"You can use my tape." The boy suggested.

"You have tape?!" The father exclaimed.

"Nah, it's mom's." The boy shrugged.

"Then why did you- Ugh never mind where is it?" The father questioned.

"It's in your closet." The boy explained.

"So that's where she puts it!" The dad rambled as he began walking up the stairs to his bedroom.

The boy drank a cup of water before going upstairs to change into a t-shirt and sweatpants.

"Today is my Entrance Exam for Azakumo Academy.." The boy thought.

"Leo! I'll be going!" The father exclaimed.

"Bye, dad!" Leo shouted.

Leo then put his jacket on and left the house.
He walked to the academy.

On his way there, there was a police chase.

"I live in a place filled with people with supernatural abilities. These abilities are called "quirks". How they came up is unknown, but now about 80% of the population has them. For example, I, Leonardo Ozone, have a quirk. It's not uncommon to see police chases or gangs shooting each other in the mornings. Currently, I'm walking to Azakumo Academy, which is one of the best hero training high schools in the prefecture. It's only surpassed by Shiketsugama Institute. To enter it's hero course, you have to pass a physical entrance exam, which will be a breeze. Literally." Leo explained.

He finally arrived at the exam's enterance, which was crowded with potential future students. They all looked different and unique.

One person even had a penguin face!

"HELLLOOOO ALLLL!!" A man with big, combed purple hair shouted.

That shout caught everybody's attention and they got silent.

"WELCOME TO AZAKUMO ACADEMY'S ENTERANCE EXAM!" He exclaimed.

Some people cheered, while others were plagued by silence. Excitement and anxiety, both polar opposites, were mingling together in the tense atmosphere. The school had a pass rate of only 50%. Nobody knew for sure if they were going to get in.

"THIS EXAM WILL BE SIMPLE. THERE ARE SEVERAL ROBOTS IN THIS QUADRANT AND THE BIGGER THEY ARE, THE MORE POINTS THEY GIVE YOU!" The man shouted.

The door began to open.

"SURPASS YOUR LIMITS! THE CLOCK IS TICKING!" The man announced.

Everybody was in a rush to enter inside, they even pushed and shoved.

Eventually everybody managed to enter and all split up.

The quadrant was basically a huge city, but closed off. The students in this school probably use this place for training.

Leo began to disperse gusts of wind from his feet to fly around.

"There must be a pesky robot somewhere here.." Leo thought.

While flying around, he saw a boy.

He had black hair with purple and red streaks.

He snapped his fingers and pointed to a robot.
Dark purple and red fire came out of his finger and shot the robot, engulfing it in flames.

The boy then ran away, in search for another robot.

"Wow, I guess there's some competition here.." Leo thought.

Suddenly, a robot surprise attacked Leo.

"Gah!" He blurted out.

He let out a concentrated amount of wind to the robot's chest, which made the chest fall out of it.

"That was easy." Leo said as he began to fly around again.

After a couple of minutes, Leo managed to defeat about 12 robots, and gain 47 points.

While walking around, he saw a girl with a plague doctor mask also walking around.

He waved at her, but she didn't notice.

"AYYYY!! FOLKS THERES A MINUTE LEFT!" The man informed in a loud voice.

Instantly, both Leo and the girl ran off in different directions.

Leo managed to defeat one more robot, which gave him 3 points.

"TIMES UP!" The man shouted.
Leo saw a boy with buzz cut and a lot of chains sigh.

"I guess some people will just not pass.. how unfortunate." Leo thought.

After the entrance exam, Leo walked back home.

Now, he was patiently waiting for the day that his acceptance letter would arrive in the mail.

And that day was today.
