"Now, for our second match of the quarter finals... Emilee Scaleswind VS Akio Ken!" Mr. Doro announced.
1.. 2.. 3..!
Instantly, Emilee grew purple dragon wings and flew over to Akio.
In midair, she grew a purple tail and attempted to slap Akio with it.
Instead, Akio grabbed the tail and threw Emilee.
Fireworks crackled and blew her away.
Emilee was out of bounds.
"ANDDD AKIO TAKES THE CAKE ON THIS MATCH ASWELL!" Josue exclaimed.
Giovanna was at the nurse's office with Leo.
"I gave him Magnesium Deficiency and Jumper's Knee. Do you know how to treat those illnesses?" Giovanna informed.
"I sure do, now go out, sweetheart." The nurse comforted.
Giovanna dropped Leo off then sped-walked to the waiting room.
"The next match will be.. Lumi Zeiari versus Gordon Sole!" Mr. Doro announced.
Seconds after the announcement, Gordon dashed over to Lumi.
"I'll make sure my quirk overcomes yours!" Gordon exclaimed.
Without hesitation, Lumi created a sword made out of pure light.
He then zooms over to Gordon and stabs him.
Gordon got fatter and fatter, making sure the sword didn't pierce him.
Suddenly, flesh bullets began to shoot at Lumi.
But, Lumi slashed the bullets instantly using the light sword.

Lumi sighed then glared at Gordon.
Gordon got shocked and paused for a brief moment.
In that brief moment, Lumi slashed his stomach.
"AND LUMI WINS!" Josue shouted.
People in the audience clapped and cheered.
The next match was Remy Keller VS Jay Watts.
The match was over before the audience knew it and surprisingly enough, Remy overcame the odds and won!
"Now folks, we will be taking a break. The brackets for the semi-finals will be revealed shortly." Mr. Doro informed.

Giovanna heard a knock on the waiting room door.
When she opened the door, it was Sura.
"Hey, Giovanna." Sura sighed.
"What is it." Giovanna asked.
"Well.. you're against Akio next round and.." Sura mumbled.
"I'll win." Giovanna stated.
"Y-Yeah... you can do it." Sura reassured.
