"Mommy! Look what I found!" A little girl runs to her mother on the other side of the street. She's waving her closed fist in the air and her face is lit up with excitement. I sigh. It has been three hours, and this serveilece time was getting boring. I try to remember why I had agreed to tail the guy's daughter and wife. Oh, that's right....
