◔ Two Subjects After

It's 10:30 already and Mina don't have any subject for that time while SaMo have since they need to retake one Math subject they failed last year.

Mina decided to sit on a bench near the tree in the school yard. She found a sketch pad and a pencil on top of it. She tried to look around to find the owner but there is no one who seems to be looking for it. She picks it up as she sits and open the sketch pad. It contains beautiful scenery with one person standing. She was mesmerized on how detailed and artistic the drawing. She tried to look for some clue on who the owner of it but there is none other than the S.C. imprinted at the right bottom of the front cover. She returns it where it was placed and tried to read some stories in her phone.

After about 30 minutes, Mina heard someone yawning nearby. She look around and saw a person beside the tree with both of her arms stretched and yawning with eyes closed. The person, who just woke up from its slumber, opens her eyes and then looks in Mina's way. Their eyes met. Mina's world stops. Her gaze is stuck on the person.

The person gave her a light smile and stands up. Mina felt her heart beat in abnormally fast. She placed her right hand in her chest which is above her heart like it will jump out of her body if she won't hold on to it.

The person walks on her way to Mina.

'Why is my heart beating so fast?' Mina's thought.

Mina is still sitting frozen on her spot.

When their distance is an arm length, Mina closes her eyes.

She felt the person gets nearer and nearer. She can even smell the strawberry scented fragrance coming from the person.

She heard a sound just beside her so she opened her eyes and look where it came. She saw the hand of the person grabs the sketch pad and pencil from the bench.

She realizes that the person approached her to get her things.

Mina felt all the heat of her body going up in her face as she lightly bit her lower lip and hide her face in both of her hands in embarrassment.

"Hey, are you okay?" the person asked her with worry evidence in her voice.

Mina lowered both of hands just her eyes are visible. She looks at the person in front of her who is looking innocently worried on her.

Mina nods her head.

The person look intently on her and her heart hasn't calm down yet. She is currently internally panicking.

The person goes nearer in her. Their faces are 5 inches apart and then she felt the person's forehead on her own. Mina keeps looking on the person. After about a minute, the person goes back standing straight.

"You are a bit hot." the person said.

'I am hot' Mina's thought.

"You should go to the clinic and take some medicine and rest." the person said.

Since Mina's voice goes in vacation, she just nods again.

"Do you want me to go with you?" the person asked.

Mina shakes her head lightly trying to say no.

♪ School Bell Sound ♪

"Oh. It's already lunch time. I need to go. Are you sure your gonna be fine by yourself?" the person said.

Mina nods again.

"Okay then see you around. Bye. 👋" the person says with smile as she runs away from Mina. When the person is now out of Mina's sight, she immediately take a deep breath. Her heart beats return to normal speed. The heat on her face dissipate.

"What did just happened?" Mina mumble to herself.
