My little meeting

The ballroom are blinking, reflecting the light from the chandelier. All the party guest, mother, sisters an chris have already been there.

Being me, i'm gonna be fashionably late. The music was heard at the edge of the hall where i'm standing right now.

I took a deep breath. Everythings gonna be different now. This party would be the last party I attend as a free soul.

Goodbye my beautiful youth days...

I walked down the hall, preparing for the mental distress. The step of the controlled future is right infront of me. Its gonna be alright, right?

The announcer see me, and smile.

"Princess Jeannifer Victorian Tracolla Vin Lebros Truft"

Its now or never.

After a deep breath, i walked down through the stairs like the proper princess guide says. Calm, straight, focus.

Yeah right...Easy to say! Everyone in the ballroom are freakin looking at me now. In my head, all if their face looks like monsters. Except for Chris and someone.

That someone, is gorgeous. Very.

As i reached down the end of the stairs, Clarice greet me and pull me towards the aisle, where the queen are sitting and smiling gentlely.

"My Jeannie, its about time you shown up" said the queen lovingly, but with that stare from her eyes i know there's another meaning behind those words saying 'say sorry for being late'

"My apologies for my late entrance, dear mother" i bowed "I just having trouble with the dress"

"You're forgiven" she said.

I straightened up. She look at me and smile lovingly. For a second, I thought that was a glance of love for me.

"Your highness, its a pleasure to finally meet you"

I turned my back and saw that gorgeous guy i saw, was behind me. I looked back at mom. So that smile wasn't for me huh?

What am I hoping for? Of course its not.

"Prince Nathan, you're finally came" greet the queen.

"Of course, your highness." He bowed "i wouldn't want to miss this grand party of yours"

A flatter??

"It's an honour, my prince" said the queen

"Ah... what a lovely maiden we have here"

He was smiling at me. is he refering me?

"She's my lovely daughter, Jeannie"

I bowed. "It's a pleasure, to meet you Prince Nathan"

"Please call me Nathan"

"You two young children, should hang out more" said the queen "since you're both are soon to be wedded"

Huh?

Nathan is my fiance?!

I look at Nathan, he was grinning ear-to-ear. So it's true?!

"Nice to meet you, my soon-to-be- wife"
