He covered them up since like forever bc he thought it made him look like a dork.

Once Shuichi went to wake him up bc he overslept, so he saw him before he could cover his freckles.

Shuichi thought they were the cutest thing he had ever seen.

Kokichi doesn't cover his freckles anymore.
