(Ladies, gents and enbies! We're hyping up the drama in this chapter!! Starting off with Seros POV)

"I don't understand this..." I grumble and throw my pencil onto the desk I shared with Mina. We were in the library and trying to do our homework, me studying for some Law classes and her for Math.

"Lemme see it!" Mina says and reaches for my laptop, spinning it to see the downloaded paper on the screen. "Oh, shit. This is English?" She looks at me confused.

I shrug and laugh, taking my laptop back from the girl.

"Some legal terms are based on Greek or Latin root words." I tell her, chuckling a little bit. "You dropped Latin in high school for a reason, huh?" I tease the girl

"I'm not just a hoe, I'm a dumbass hoe!" She says happily and jokingly blows me a kiss.

"Awwe, you two are cute!" I hear a sweet voice behind us. We both turn around to see Kaminari standing there with books held in his hands. I can't help but think he's cute, wearing a shortsleeved Cavetown shirt and a pair of pale ripped jeans, which are tucked into bright yellow high top Converse.

"That's really sweet! But we're not exactly together... I'm a raging lesbian, for one." Mina says and laughs, but she stands up and pulls a chair over, sitting it between us. She pats the seat.

"Oh, you're not? You guys act really close, I thought-..." He trails off and slides into the seat, looking a bit awkward. I laugh a little bit and elbow him playfully.

"What did you come here to study?" I ask him. "I'm here with Law, Minas here with Math. Although we both really need to study all our classes." I say and laugh slightly, Mina joining in. Kaminari seems to settle a bit, which is good. I hate seeing him all awkward, it's not who he is.

"I need to catch up with the rest of my Criminal Justice class, I just switched majors and I can't quite understand all of what they're saying." He explains and sets down the books he was holding. "But I never study, I usually just fail my classes and don't give a fuck." He chuckles and smiles at us.

Mina sits on the table and starts picking through the books he has.

"I'm a fashion major, so I don't know anything about this. But Sero is a Law major so he might be able to help you out." Mina explains, flipping through one of the books.

"Ooh, you're in Law school?" Kaminari asks. "I thought you were, like, normal college age! And I thought you'd do something plant related...." He says, sounding impressed.

"No, no- I'm a Law major. I'm basically training for Law school. My Mom was a Lawyer and she wants me to be a Lawyer too. I really like plants, but I can always care for those in my free time." I explain to him and chuckle.

"Oh, makes sense I guess..." He says with an odd look in his eyes, absentmindedly playing with a page on my Law book.

"Alright gays- I mean guys-" Mina teases me, "- let's get studying!"

~time skip a couple hours~

Mina has passed out across the ground beneath the table, Kaminari is leaning his elbows on top of a book with a a WikiHow article up on his laptop, which he's reading, titled 'How To Surf For Beginners'. Our campus is four hours from a beach.
