Stephen was terrified of what these guys might do to him and knew he had to act fast. He was close to the classroom and was contemplating making a run for it hoping the guys wouldn't want to make a scene by running after him. But the sight of the cold steel dashes all his courage.
His soliloquy was cut short by the sharp calling of his name. He looked up to see the lecturer who was about to conduct the test.
"Stephen" She called again. " Are you going to write your own test out there?"
" I'm coming right in ma." He said making a dash towards the elderly woman who he'll be forever indebted to.
He got into the classroom and sat down at a vacant seat before trying to calm down his racing heartbeat. He sigh in relief for his escape but he knew he may not be fortunate next time. He decided to put that out of his mind for now and focus on the task at hand - his first test.

The christening ceremony of the Peters' twin was without much ado, because James tragedy looms over the event. Being confined to wheelchair because he has lost the use of his legs. He was paralyzed from waist down, the doctor had said he may regain the use of his limbs but the chance is slim. James had chalked it up to the fact that he would never walk again.
Looking grimly at the pastor who was performing the ceremony in their living room, he observe his wife's hand hold on to him. She was seated beside him dressed in a same attire as his, she gave him a reassuring smile but James knows that she is grieving.
He recalled how hard it was for them to put on his own attire earlier this morning. They had both ended up on the bed smiling at each other and breathing heavily.
His attention was drawn back to the present day when Dr Michael entered the living room, dressed in a striped shirt and trousers. James knew he will be forever grateful to the man for his efforts in the past few weeks. If it hadn't been for him, maybe Ngozi might have been a sorry case.
Michael gave him an assuring smile and sat down at one of the seat a bit behind others. He had been the one to convince James to perform the christening ceremony of the kids and has played an active role in setting it in motion.
As he look at the couple from the husband to the wife as well as the kids, he knew his life is going to be entwined with theirs from now on.
