"Haha, why did I do it? I did it for the despair! And you!" As he spoke the despair started to spread over to the others, some trying to fight it, others just accepting it.
"Huh? What does that mean! What are you planning!" Neagi was one of the few trying to keep hope.
"I mean what I said! The despair spreading across all of your faces as I take over the world! along with my right hand man, of course." At the mention of 'despair' he looked more terrifying than before.
"Right hand man? What?" Mondo still hasn't processed all the information, but the whole right hand man thing sounded suspicious.
"Yes! I hope to make you, Mondo, my right hand man through out this whole plan!" Ishimaru was exited about the idea of working with Oowada, he wanted to show him all about his favourite thing, despair, he wanted to show him the beauty of it all and make him experience it at its best.
