I never realised that i've been in love with him for a few years now. I guess it was love at first sight or some people may say.
But I'm not really interested in having a relationship with anyone really...
Let's just say, that I don't want to break our friendship and that i don't really want to stand out. Mainly because I just want to have a normal life, finish my studies and get a decent job.
If I remember correctly, It all started when I was In year 7 and just had started highschool.
~~~
"oh great, raining on my first day of highschool" I sighed.
I heard a barking nosie on the side of the hill, so I decided to check it out.
"woof, woof!" a dog barked happily.
I love animals, but they don't seem to like me back... I wonder why?
"Look at that weird girl over there." oh great, I bet they're going to say that I look weird with my long, black hair and a weird look on my face. I only wanted to say hello to them
But everytime I try, it never really works.
"Hey, could she be... in class D?"
"Say why is she letting herself get soaked...?"
I turned around with all my might expecting to make new friends, I don't really smile a lot, but only once I'm going to try my hardest.
"Morn-ing..." a slight smile grew on my face.
They stood still like a statue for a minute and before I can utter another word they were gone. Oh well, happens all the time I guess.
I carried on walking down the path I was walking and I saw a person standing there looking at the newly, freash grown trees that have grown this summer. He looked like he was wearing the same uniform as me. His hair was black and his eyes were light brown which shined so brightly.
As soon as he turned to me, it felt like i was being absorbed in his gaze, I snapped back to reality and breathed in slightly.
"If your looking for Acacia Highschool, then its over there on the right"
Expecting him to say nothing, I walked off towards the right side and on the way to school. I heard a voice in the distance
"Thank you!" with a big smile on his face like he just saw something really amazing
I stood there for a bit, surprised. And embarrassment and awe just flowed into me.
I ran as fast as I could without turning back smiling and chuckling along the way and soon enough I reached school. That was the first person who ever smiled at me like that and I felt like im going to do alright in this school.
~~~
As I thought, I spoke to soon.
I picked a number in the box to decide where I was going to sit
"Number 3..."
I sat down on my seat, luckily I got a seat by the window, so I can just stare into space like I usually do. I felt like everyone was staring at me, but I decided to ignore them. Do I look weird? Have I got something on my face? Yepp, it bothered me, but i still didnt say anything.
"Don't you think she looks like the grudge from that film?"
They started snickering.
I knew they were going to say that sooner or later, meaning that I won't really have friends either in this school. Im more interested in my studies anyway, im fine without making any friends.
