Second in command

Chapter 1

None pov
It was like any other day on that god forsaken island. Yet something was off with Ralph, piggy and Simon could sense it.... but what was it?

As the 2-3 little' uns left play, Ralph stares blankly at the water. Holding the conch in his lap. "He looks so lost piggy.." Simon whispers to the plump boy next to him "tell me about it he's been acting like this since jack and the other boys left to start there own tribe" piggy said as he rolled his eyes and cleaning his glasses with his ripped shirt.

Ralph looked up. "Okay everyone gather around!!" He shouted. The little' uns along with piggy and Simon ran to where Ralph was sitting. They all sit on the peach coloured sand it was warm yet not to hot for once.
"Okay everyone listen I'm only going to say this once I'm going to explore in the forest again and before anyone says anything about a monster there's N O   S U C H  T H I N G!!"

As Ralph turned around he walked away in his ripped  trousers just above his knees and his top two buttons undone his fine blond hair swayed to the one side of his face. A blunt expression on his light skin face.

Ralph's pov
Why can't I get that stupid redhead out of my mind? his perfect face. His eyes are like mini pools filled with what people call tropical water. Every freckle on his face intertwine with each other perfectly.

Yet my thoughts where interrupted when I tripped on one of the many things in the forest and down a steep hill "OH SH-" my sentence was cut off by my yells in pain.
I landed on my arm I felt it snap!!
God dam it.

I feel tiers forming in the corners of my eyes the pain was unbearable.!

Jack's pov
"Okay everyone me roger and... You the little one! We're going hunting! If you get bored you know what to do" I say with a sly grin.
You see it has been 3-4 years since we crashed here. It wasn't to long ago the group split up but for fun we just mess up the other tribe.

Well To be honest I only do it to see how Ralph is doing.
We walk through the forest, it's stillness occurred when we found one of the many pig trails, all three of us crouching as low as we could not to scare off any of the unsuspecting prey

A little further into the forest we split up.
I see a pool of water I look down at my self. I hate the way my long wavy hair flew into my eyes with the wind my freckles still showed still on my surprisingly pail skin my thoughts where interrupted by a sudden scream

"OH SH-!!" I hear a thud a crack and then a scream in pain I pick up my spear and run towards the source of the crying.

I push away a bush and to see...!?

Ralph!

He's there blood slipping out his mouth and holding his arm so tightly that his knuckles were turning a different colour.

"Hay jack is everything okay" roger asked,
Ralph looked at me as soon as he heard the other voice fear clearly growing in his eyes.
He looked so innocent.he didn't deserve this

"Yeah you guys go back I'll catch up latter" I say Ralph looked confused as to why I didn't tell the other's he was there.

"W-why didn't you tell them I was here.." Ralph said blighting his bottom lip due to the pain in his arm.

"I suggest you stay quiet so they dont here you!" I say ripping the rest of the worn shirt of me and using it to badge his arm not before snapping it back in place. Ralph bit his lip so hard to drew blood,
"dam it Ralph!" I say with anger. Why did he make his lip bleed yes obviously it would hurt but dam!

" look, Ralph, you should join my tribe, you'll
Be a lot safer... and as for the beast. It's not real I've been all over this island now and there's no beast." I say my voice cracking a little.

Non pov
"I-Jack I.. I don't know I want to but you have the rest of the little'uns  and then there's piggy and Simon-" it wasn't till Ralph stoped to take a breath he realised how close his face was to jack.

They both turned away, blushing.
"I have to get back.." Ralph said
"Same" jack responded, jack got up helping Ralph up. They stare at one another and turned
