There I was, sitting in a hospital bed all alone. 'I don't get it... I did everything to be perfect'
*creeeak*
I hear a door opening slowly.
"Hello?" I say, my voice extremely croaky from the large pipe down my throat.
"Chela? Is that you?" Replies the person at the door.
I haven't yet been able to move my head so I couldn't see anything except the vent in the ceiling and well, the ceiling.
"Yes, who is it?" I ask.
I hear footsteps and then the noise of a cushion plastic chair breathing.
The person, who I still haven't seen. Let's out a long sigh.
"Chela, it's Bell?"
I suddenly stiffen, slightly hurting my neck and back.
"What are you doing here?" I say bluntly.
"I heard you were in the hospital and... *cough* inwantedtoseeifyouwereokaybecauseimissyou...Imissus.." Bell says extremely fast, but I heard her clearly.
Memories flash through my head, 'I love you' 'forever and never baby'
I finally reply " I'm fine, now leave."
I hear Bell quietly sigh and then get off the couch and walk away, but just before she hit the door. She turned around and whispered "I know it's hard Chi, but I love you... Forever and never"
As she leaves, she closes the door.
I whisper to myself "...if only it were that easy"
