This is my character for Splatoon/Splatoon 2. Her name is Miyako Yunocchi* (I might give her a middle name later), and a few chapters of her backstory are published. She's a blue-tentacled inkling that is mostly pretty chill, but not exactly Shoto Todoroki. *My Hero Academia intensifies* *Yeah, I use that name for basically everything. Splatoon, Naruto, My Hero Academia, animé in general, and a bunch of other stuff.
I don't really know if Touma ever revealed what her Splatoon character looked like (I actually don't know either), but from what I can guess based on earlier sketches, she looks pretty cool. Extremely chill, but pretty powerful. Actually, take Todoroki, make him a girl, make her an octoling, and give her Splatoon-like clothes. That's typically her personality (I mean, not exactly, but she's mainly pretty quiet). *continues going on in full detail about her life story*
*gasp* What's this? A new character, I see? Ey Touma, we got company!
My friend _blank_ (I'm not saying her real name, sorry) doesn't have Splatoon but she wants a character. The thing was... We both go on iBisPaint. I draw a picture, we trace and color it to our liking. I had recently been working on a drawing of me and Touma fooling around in a mall, her trying on a ballerina dress of her size and me going goth style.
(We're texting, by the way.)
I sent it to her and she says, "Why is Ayake never in your drawings?" I say, " _blank_, Ayake's your anime character. You never made a Splatoon character." She says, "Oh." We wait a good 3 minutes. I then say, "Um, do you want to make one...?" She says, "Oh. Sure." Then I start on her character, Ayake (I don't think she ever decided on a last name). Original drawing:

"Whoa, what's that upside-down-flipped tentacle serving as her bangs?" I randomly made something up when I was making her character. I asked what type of bangs she wanted. She said, "Uhhhh" so I listed a few. 'These are boring types of bangs,' I thought. 'Let's see what type of dastardly things I can come up with.' I then said, "Flipped bangs". She replied with "Huh". It's a complicated thing to do, and it doesn't really make sense either. I don't know what my friend was thinking. She must have not been. Anyway, I drew a picture of it and explained it to her. Sort of. Basically what it is - take a short inkling haircut, and shave off one side. Yes. Shave off half your tentacles so that there are 2 left. Take the one on top and flip it over so the suction things on the bottom of the tentacles show. It works...sometimes.
Anyway, here is how she colored Ayake:

I hope I don't come across as rude, I just didn't want her to get mad at me if I don't show hers or if I don't show mine or something.
I'm sorry, I talk a lot. Continue with your day or night or whatever time zone you're in.
