CHAPTER 13

|| taeyeon's pov ||

We didn't talk during the drive. His car's roof is close and I feel so awkward right now that it is so silent. It's already 1 AM and I am not sleepy yet because of the tension I am feeling. I just confessed my love for him for the first time and he ignored me?! Argh!

"Are you not going to talk to me?" I finally had the gut to cut the silence but he didn't move a bit.

"Hey, are you still angry?" I asked in a more concerned tone even if I am literally annoyed inside.

"I'm hungry, not angry." He said and the car speeds up.

I only pouted as I find that as an excuse only. Well, I still ate ramen with him in a convenience store near my house. I brought a cap with me so there's less risk for people to recognize me.

"You taking me home already?" I asked when he opened the car door for me. I was about to enter but I stopped because I don't feel like going home yet even when it is almost 2 AM and I still have class for tomorrow.

"Uh-huh."

"You are angry."

"No, I am not."

"You are. I already apologized for being rude to your friend. Even confessed... But..." I was cut from what I was saying when he suddenly leaned close to me making me step backward but the car's already behind me so...

His face is now so close to me. His hands are on the car's roof and is caging me right on the front seat. Heat is literally climbing up my cheeks that I think I am blushing already.

"H-Hey... What are you doing..." My eyes wandered and my small hands tried to push him but he caught it instead to stop me from doing it. I saw how his jaw clenched when his eyes ran over my lips...

Gosh, just kiss me already if you want to! What's with the feelings torture...

"Get in."

He's kidding, right?

"Get in, Kim Taeyeon."

I instantly looked at him when he called me with my full name. Aigoo, his bossy a$$ is at it again.

"I said, sorry already." I put my hands up as a sign of surrender and finally sat on the front seat.

The drive was silent af again, good thing, my house is just near so it just took five minutes for us to arrive.

"Goodnight." He said as he stopped the car in front of my house.

"I love you, Baek." I tried my luck once again. I can't sleep without him saying it back to me.

"Aigoo, just sleep already." He insisted.

"Aish!" I attempted to hit him but he only smiled as he raises his hands for defense.

Okay. He's teasing me.

"To whom is this car by the way?" I asked, still with a bit of annoyance in my voice.

"Hmm?"

"Is this yours?"

He stopped from busying himself when I asked him again.

"Ohhh. Don't tell me..." I covered my mouth when a ridiculous thought crossed my mind.

"What?"

"Did Hera give this to you?!" I shouted.
