my phone got stolen

One day me and my mates decided to go out because it was after school and we had nothing to do so we decided to go the big shopping center at my old house ( i have moved from that house). PS: i have a new phone the one that was stolen was a android and now i have iPhone so i'm not fussed because my old one was very cheap and i could not do that much on it. There was a stranger who walked up to us he was very short 5.2. I got out my phone to message my favorite bitch (Hunter) and he grabbed my phone and i tried to get it back but he had it on his grasp. He would not let go he grabbed and it and put it down his underwear (boxers for you other folks) because he is fucking ratchet.We went on the bus I had a go at him calling him a rat. Me and my old friend (Tamika she is homophobic) looked everywhere for it but couldn't find it he told us he didn't have it so we stopped and went to look for it the bus left before we could hop back in. 

We rang the police telling them everything that happened. We told them his address because the secretly followed him home because were idiots. i was legit about to pull a Harold Shipman on his family and him because a bitch was pissed asf. After ringing the police they went to his house and raided it. The night ended.

i went to school only for my luck to be it was his first day there i 'confronted' him according to the files at school. He grabbed me by the throat and my friends left me :). The teachers stopped him from choking me (he aint even hot the fuck he choking me for) The teachers said i was asking for it. Yes asking for him to assault me. Sooo thats it i got a restraining order and almost got a payout of 2000 if i was effected by the actions we sadly didn't get it.
