The whole 'he shows the step and I try my very best to follow but can't' routine went on for about a week.
"This isn't helping" I finally broke the deadly cycle during the fourth practice, I had enough.
"Obviously because you can't dance"
"Thanks for stating what I already know! I'm no good in dancing, sorry, but what you're doing isn't exactly helping!""Let's call it a day then"
"I haven't even learned much yet!"
"Shouldn't be my problem"
"Aish, jinja the nerve really! I never even wanted to be here!" I shouted walking out. I had to get out of there immediately because my insensitive ass isn't good at holding back the tears of frustration accumulating in my eyes. I've had enough of this guy's attitude. No grades will ever get me to tolerate such manners."Ya, Roha!" He called out. Nope, I will not look back, I'm out.
I was a bit shy to show up the next day after I pulled of my little daring stunt, but I thought for sure things would change. I hope he got the message that I'm not someone to be taken as a joke.
Alas, the routine was still the same. Heck he didn't even ask if I was okay nor did he mention anything about what happened the day before. He just kept staring and criticizing my every move with eyes that pierce like daggers.
Hours in, and I was stuck on a certain step. I could tell he wasn't happy, but just so you know he hasn't been showing any signs of happiness eversince. What bothered me more is he suddenly put his hands on his nape, looked up, and sighed.
"Look i hate this more than you do okay?" I told him.
He just kept staring at the ceiling.
"I can't dance and I'm frustrated about that especially since you've been pointing out each and every flaw I have without even helping much!
And I may not like you, at all, but I'm not exactly happy to be bothering you"
The stonehearted guy didn't even flinch."So I'm sorry, really, if I'm the burden here!" This time around, i was no longer able to hold back tears.
Just like that, I set the record straight, and I had another record of me walking out. I've only ever walked out for three times in my life. This guy really deserved 2/3 of my walk-outs, no doubt.
