For those of you who don't know, Neon had a girlfriend named Summer, who was the Blacklight version of Kira.
Summer unfortunately passed away, and seeing Kira made Neon upset. ;^;
Dang. Neon is supposed to be an evil character - and now I just feel bad for him- :(
