I awoke to the smell of food filling up my nostrils, I hummed as my eyelids fluttered open, my vision blurry as a dark shadow was cast over me.
"I thought I heard you~" the voice sang.
I moved back quickly only to be halted by him grabbing onto my shoulders.
"Careful sweetie, you'll hurt yourself, you know Daddy can't stand to see you hurt.."
I almost threw up in my mouth, I hated him, he is the reason to why I am here in the first place, the reason to why I am in pain, the reason to why I might never see my family again...and now, he's treating me like some type of princess? Unbelievable...
"What happened?" I blurted out, my tone harsh and groggy as my eyes adjusted to my surroundings , my mouth dry as I spoke. I licked my lips only to find they were sore chapped and bloody.
"You passed out." He replied quickly. "After you submitted to me." He smiled running his hands through my hair, I moved back causing him to frown. His eyebrows knit together as I shifted away from him.
"I don't remember that..."
"I knew you wouldn't... and you said it ever so sweetly..." he chimed "I am looking after you aren't I?"
He got up from his chair sitting adjacent to me, pulling his long chocolate locks back with one hand, grunting as he made himself comfortable. He hummed the same tune over and over while tapping his finger on his thigh. It made me nervous as his bright green eyes stared into me, I looked down terrified, if I didn't play along, I might never see the outside world again.
"I'm guessing you want to go back down stairs?" He smiled brightly. "If you don't remember last night that's okay, but I thought we had a connection, I must be hearing things..." he finished coldly getting up grabbing a meat cleaver from the drawer.
"D-daddy I-..." I started, my chest felt like it was going to burst from the way my heart was beating. "Daddy I'm- just really tired and I get moody when I don't get any..."
"Any what?" He said impatiently, as he put the cleaver down, he looked almost curious, folding his arms, leaning back on the kitchen table waiting for me to speak.
I looked desperately at him hoping whatever would come out of my mouth was believable
"Coffee...""Coffee" he hummed his voice rumbling in his chest.
"Yeah...coffee..." I repeated quietly.
It felt like hours before he cracked a smile looking down at me with a goofy expression plastered all over his face.
"Someone's not a morning person" he chuckled. "I'll go to the store now and get some for my sweet girl." He picked up his jacket putting it on as he bent down to my level, placing a kiss on my cheek. I smiled a fake smile as I returned the kiss on his.
"I'll be back before you know it! Please rest some more okay?" With that he made his way to the door locking it when he left, I sat there in the living room with a placid face.
I had just dodged death
I wanted to cry
I wanted to screamI wanted to throw something instead I remained calm leaning back within the sofa I closed my eyes and sighed, taking two breaths in and one long breath out, my chest protested as I did causing my eyes to fly open. The feeling of pain was quickly replaced with shock as I spotted a camera right above me, I pulled the cover over me turning to the side spotting one in the corner of the room to my left.
My whole body froze...is there more within the house? I didn't notice any within the basement I was kept in. Is it like a security system?
I got up slowly placing my foot down onto the cold wooded floor, my toes curling up as I slowly stood up. I took the duvet with me as I limped around the house.

I found my way back into the living room having a feeling that I was being watched, a cold shiver ran up my spine as I sat back down onto the sofa.
This can't be any worse...
