chapter 1: SUMMER

hi, here is a little of information. you are a 14 year old girl who loves stranger things and has a crush on finn wolfhard. you also are a only child and you have a few friends. one day you go to the same camp as noah schnapp and you two become close. but, will you ever become more than that? read to find out ;)

it was finally summer. no school. no responsibilities. no homework. i was also sad because i was not seeing my friends in a long time. i came back home and get under my bed's sheets and started scrolling through netflix to see if i founded something to watch but as always, nothing.

"watching stranger things one more time it won't hurt me" i thought. so i started at chapter one.

omg! finn wolfhard is so cute. he was a baby there. i stayed the whole afternoon watching stranger things and around 6 my mom called me down for dinner.

"pizza!!" i screamed

"yea, just because it's your first day of summer and i want you to start it cool" my mom said. "so, what were you watching?"

"stranger things" i responded with my mouth full of pizza.

"again? ugh, good thing you are going to camp so you will not be able to watch TV in a long time." she said in a kind of sarcastic tone.

"i heard that someone from the cast goes to that camp. i think is will's actor." i said.

then my dad arrived from work and gave me a hug. we all stayed chatting all dinner and then i went upstairs to get ready to sleep. after i got my pijamas on, i grabbed my phone to text my bff ava.

i started to pack my things for camp and then i watched one last episode of stranger things and i went to sleep. as always, i couldn't sleep so i opened instagram and saw a insta-story of noah saying he will leave for camp tomorrow. i got chills just for thinking that probably i'll meet a celebrity tomorrow. maybe he can introduce me to finn.

skipping to morning

"y/n, wake up! it's time to leave" i heard my mom say. "hurry up! they are gonna leave without you!"

i woke up and saw that it was 7am. i got ready and i dressed up with a black shirt and a red hoodie on top with white shorts. i came down to have some breakfast and then we left. in the way there, i started getting really nervous. i mean, i've never went to that camp and i don't have any friends there and not to mention that a person that acts on favourite show in the world is going to be there. i should make a good impression but i don't want to crowd him. people always say i'm weird because i like to read but i also like a little bit of videogames. i'm very good at school and i also have freckles which some kids make fun of. my parents and ava say they look cute but i've never liked them. all this thoughts got interrupted when i saw the bus station and lots of kids with backpacks.

"are you nervous?" my mom said interrupting my thoughts.

"mmhh. yea a little. i don't know anyone here. everyone looks like they know each other from a long time." i said nervously.

"ohh don't worry. you will make lots of friends i promise and i know you will have lots of fun." my mom said and it made me feel a little bit better.

i got off the car and my mom said

"if you need anything, call me and i'll come really fast ok?"

"yeah mom i promise. thanks" i said and gave her a big hug and a goodbye kiss.

i walked towards the group of kids and i felt like i was literally going to spend summer with a bunch of strangers. but then... i saw him. he was really there. NOAH SCHNAPP IN PERSON. he was hanging out with some girls and some boys. it looked like they were joking and goofing around. i wanted to go and give him a really big hug but i didn't wanted to make him feel uncomfortable. i know that celebrities want their own space so i didn't wanted to crowd him. he is more attractive than i thought. all those thoughts were interrupted by a counsellor.

"alright everybody. gather up. we are going on the bus now. take your backpacks over there and then get inside the bus please." she said.

i left my backpack were she said after all the kids did and i got in the bus at last. that meant i had to go in the back of the bus. i really didn't had a problem with that. when i was walking towards my seat i saw noah next to a
group of boys. i looked at him and he looked at me and smiled. my heart stopped. i smiled him back and continued walking. i sat at the end of the bus. luckily nobody was next to me. the bus started to move and i was pulling out my headphones when a bunch of girls sat next to me. they were all giggling and one of them saw that i was alone so she came to sit next to me.

"hi, i'm chloe. chloe schnapp." she said.
