Iidas pov

    I make breakfast for Todoroki, he looks quite thin. When I gave him a hug I realized that his uniform made it look like he wasn't as thin as he was. I give him the eggs I made and wash the pan as he eats, he being awfully quiet but maybe that's because he's in shock from everything that's going on. He finishes eating and he washes his plate, I was gonna but he wouldn't let me. "Hey todoroki since you're gonna be staying here a while why don't I show you where you'll be staying, we gotta put our stuff away anyways" he gets up and nods his head, I was hoping to get him to speak. We walk out of the kitchen, through the living room, and up the stairs where my room is. "This is my room so if something happens you know where I am" he nods again. We walk down to the room across the hall a little ways (because I don't want him to be far away In case something happens) "and this is you're room for the time being" he goes inside and just looks around.

    "iida this is so much" he says quietly.

    "what do you mean?"

  "I- never mind" then he went and set his stuff on the bed.

    "After you put your stuff away do you wanna go to the mall, we could get you some new clothes or things you like"

    "Sure" he starts digging in his bag and pulls out a card " I have my dads credit card, he won't notice if money goes missing"

    " technically that would be stealing but ya know he deserves it so I'm not gonna judge" he laughed at my statement, that makes me happy I'm glad I could get him to laugh. I sat on his bed as he emptied the contents of his backpack onto the desk, it was a couple textbooks and notebooks for classes I'm assuming and a pencil pouch. Plus some loose change but he put that back into the bag. He arranged all the books neatly on the dest then sat next to me on the bed. "Since were going out do you wanna change clothes instead of being in uniform, I might have some that'll fit you" he responded with a quiet sure. I got up and headed to my room and he followed, I dug through my closet till I found some clothes that were about his size. The pants were too big tho so he'd need a belt. But it's a sweater that says plus ultra that's a little big but would look cute on him. I gave him the clothes and he went and changed. When he came back I looked him up and down, he looked adorable. I quickly went and changed then we headed to the mall, because it was nice out I decided we should walk. That and I don't have a car. I mean I am a car why would I need one. We made small talk on our way to the mall, I couldn't really get him to open up about anything but I learned that he loves cats and that he'd never been to the mall before. I wanna make his first experience wonderful, and by that I mean cat plushies but shhh he doesn't know that. Anywho

Todoroki POV

Iida and I get to the mall and I'm amazed at how big it is, father never really let me leave the house so this is all so new to me. Iida grabs my hand and I slightly blush, I know it's just so I don't get lost because there's a lot of people but still. We walk into a dark looking store. "This place has lots of cool clothes and figures and stuff! You should look around" he says to me. I look at the name of the store, cold topic, that's a weird name. I find some cool hero merch in here but most of its short sleeved, since my arms are covered in scares, most from my father, I try not to wear short sleeves. They also have pants so I grab a couple in my size. I look for iida before paying to see he's already paying for something. I wait for him to finish so I can show him the shirts before I pay. "Those are so cool!" He says. I pay for the stuff and we head to another store. By the end I got a couple new outfits, some books, a blanket, a pair of shoes, and a couple posters. Iida insisted that I decorate. The whole time we were at the mall I almost forgot about how hellish life was, it was nice. But now we had to go back to iidas house, iidas house is quiet and nice but I'm not used to that so it's kinda unsettling to me. I won't tell him that tho. We get back to his house and he leaves me be to put my stuff away, the room looks kinda nice with posters, I didn't really have a room at my house, it was a mattress, that's all. I laid on the bed after I finished hanging up posters, a couple moments later iida knocked on my doorframe. I sat up and looked at him. "I know things haven't been too easy for you today with people finding out things and having to leave home and all so i got you something" he says handing me a cold topic bag. I open it up to see a cute fluffy cat plushie.

    " thank you so much iida" I say almost in tears " no ones givin me a gift before" iida sits next to me and gives me a hug. I think I'm starting to fall for him.
