One year later

Jiro POV
It's been one year since that night momo and I ended up in that closet together and let me tell you every day has been better than the last. Momo and I have graduated from UA and have ended up at the same hero agency. After graduation we decided to move in together. It's so perfect this life we've built together. We still see all of our friends. Todoroki and Deku both ended up at our agency and actually became our neighbors across the hall. We have dinner with them all the time. Bakugo and Kirishima both live close by as well and their agency works with ours frequently and everyone else for 1A keeps in touch.
Tonight I have a special dinner planned. I'm at home cooking all Momos favorite food for our anniversary dinner tonight. She had to work but will be home in an hour or so. Now that everything is perfect. There a dozen roses waiting on the counter. Everything is set on the table and a candle is sitting in the middle waiting to be lit. Satisfied with how everything looks I run to go hope on the shower. Once out I quickly dry my hair and get dressed. I wear a black 3 pice suit with a dark purple shirt underneath. I look myself over in the mirror Satisfied. I check my phone and see that Momo should be home any minute. I rush to the door and grab the roses waiting on her. She walks in and looks absolutely shocked.
" Kyo!" She says with a happy squill
I smile and offer her the roses. She takes them and sniffs with a smile. She runs to the kitchen and puts them in a vase.
" let me shower and change then we can eat" she says still Giddy.
" take your time baby" say with a smile.
She gives me a quick kiss and runs to hope in the shower. I get the last of the set up ready. 20 minutes later and Momo steps out of our room look the most gorgeous I have ever seen her. She was wearing a tight purple dress that matched my suit perfectly. She had on the necklace that I had bought her last Valentine's Day. It was a golden hart locket that had two of my favorite pictures of us. She had her hair pulled back in her usual ponytail and was wearing a pair of sleek black heels. My jaw drops.
" Momo you look stunning" I saw still overwhelmed with my girlfriends beauty.
Momo moves over to me and I give her a quick kiss. I move to pull out her chair and she smiles as she takes her seat. I sit across from her and we smile at each other.
" Kyo you made all my favorite food" she says happily
" of course. I wanted tonight to be perfect" I say
We eat and talk about our day. I never get tired of us talking about the little things with her. I can't help but look at her and still be stunned by her beauty. I swear she gets more and more beautiful every day.
" Jirou that was amazing" she says as we finish dinner.
" that's not all" I say as I move to pull out some chocolate covered strawberries from the fridge
" just like our first date" Momo says shocked
I nod and we dig in.
We take turns feeding each other strawberries.
" this has been amazing" Momo exclaims
" I have just one more thing planned" I say
I stand and take her hand leading her into the living room. I sit her down on the couch and I sit in a chair across form her and I take my guitar. She smiles at me as I start to play.

Once I finish my song. I slip out of my chair and get down one one knee in front of her and pull a ring out of my pocket.
" Momo, you have been my best friend since I started at UA and I can say without a doubt that I couldn't have achieved all that I did there without your support. I was so happy being your friend but I always wanted more then that one night you and I got forced into a closet together because of dare and my whole life changed. I told you I had feelings for you and you felt the same way and I was so happy. Momo this last year has been the best of my life. Each day has been better than the last and every day I fall more in love with you. Momo Yaoyorozu will you please do me the honor of becoming my wife"

Momo at this point is a crying mess in front of me. She slips out of her chair into the floor in front of me and pulls a little black box out of her purse and produces a ring for me as well. I just smile.
" I had the same idea" she says through her tears of joy
