Sarang's eyes are scanning the crowd cautiously, anxiety churning in her stomach. She's walking between both the boys and can't help but notice the amount of stares they have received.
"Why are people staring at us?" The question leaves her mouth automatically. Taehyung and Jungkook seem to not notice it, or maybe they do and they've just grown used to it.
Jungkook smirks, glancing around them before looking at her from the side of his eyes. "They like to stare at new things. They're shinier."
Sarang rolls her eyes, she wasn't as gullible and innocent as they were making her out to be. "Or maybe it's cause the new thing is walking with Bangtan."
Taehyung slows down once a door comes into view, he turns to face her, standing in front of the door and not yet opening it. "So you know about us?"
Sarang shakes her head, "No, I just know that's what you guys go by. I don't know anything else."
"Good," he smiles casually. "Makes it easier for us to get along when we know nothing about each other."
She doesn't get a chance to reply when he opens the door. Sarang steps forward, noticing a large thin corridor that seems uncharacteristically dark although she's sure she knows what it leads to when she hears the booming sound of some rap song playing.
"You go first," she tells Taehyung. She probably sounds stupid but now that she's here making stupid decisions she'd rather be careful about where she's actually going.
Taehyung shrugs and simply walks inside the corridor. Sarang's lips form in a small pout because she's not sure where she's exactly going with this. Nonetheless, she steps through the door, turning around to see Jungkook following behind her and closing the door.
She can make out his features and she already knows he's smiling at her mockingly. "You scared, princess?" His lips spread into a teasing grin and Sarang momentarily thinks he looks too adorable to be part of this lifestyle. Or maybe she's just trying to deceive herself.
"No," Sarang scoffs, her eyebrow raising in reply and then both of them instantly raising when his hand comes to rest on her lower back to push her forward to walk.
"Walk," he whispers in the darkness and she complies.
The room beyond the corridor is what every other club is like; a massive dance floor, a DJ somewhere in the corner and a bar. Far off in the corner are what seem to be VIP sections but they're out of focus because of the amount of crowd around the dance floor.
Even though sights like these aren't unfamiliar to Sarang, she's still surprised. She thought this area was only a massively large mix of plots made for street car racing, she didn't know beyond the tracks there would be other things going on. The girl questions just how gullible she is for a second, this probably wasn't just a car racing ground but probably a cloak for other illegal things too.
