The Hidden Book

I am in the library trying to study and do my homework. I have to write four pages for my english homework and I am only on my second page. I hate english. Even though I get good results in my exams, I just hate the fact that I have to write a lot for all the homework I get. My english teacher is strict and wants us to suffer. To be honest he's a dickhead. I also hate maths. It's one of the subjects that takes me ages to figure out how to solve a single question. I  do higher level but I really want to drop down to ordinary level. The only thing that's stopping me from doing ordinary is my mum. She said that I might regret from dropping down and now I'm going to maths grind and I'm kind of improving.

I always like to come to the library to study and do my homework. Sometimes some my friends come over to join me study but I prefer studying alone. I find it hard to study at home since my computer, tv and ps4 tend to distract me and I always end up going to one of those instead of studying. I take a break and decide to look around the library and see if there's any interesting book to read. I gently move my chair backwards to not make any noise and start walking to the teenage section. I start looking at the top shelf and don't see any good books. I know I shouldn't judge a book by its cover but I end up doing it anyways. There's an 80% chance that a book that has a good cover have a good storyline. I then look at the bottom shelf and there's a book that stands out from the rest. Its big and its black. The name of the book is 'The Devilboy'. 

I go on the first page and there's an instruction for something. It says 'read this in a private area' and then it says to draw a symbol that is shown. I close the book and am confused on why would a book give the reader instructions to do something. I then decide to head home and I bring the book with me. 

I am in my room and home alone. My brother Zach is probably at his friends house or probably doing some weird shit as usual. My parents said that they were going to an event. I sit on my chair and take out the book from my bag. I turn on the first page and look at the the symbol and I am trying to figure out where does this symbol come from. I turn on my laptop and check if its some Greek or any other type of symbol and I see no symbols that looks similar to it. I then think if this is some type of joke or a myth. I am curious to know if some crazy stuff might happen so I get a few papers to draw the symbol and a red colored pencil since the symbol is red. I gently draw the symbol on the papers and join them together to see if they look similar to the original one. It looks quite similar so I get the book to see what I should do next. It says that I should say the following words out loud. I then take a deep breath and say " I shall summon you Devilboy as I should be your master". Nothing happens and I am just thinking on how stupid I am believing that this could actually work. The room suddenly turns darker and the symbol starts glowing. Somebody then appears out from smoke and fire which I think it must be some kind of portal. It is a boy, roughly the same age as me and a bit taller than me. "Hello there!" he said calmly. I look at his face and his eyes are glowing red and he got two horns on his head. I start to freak out and take a step back. "Who the hell are you?" I asked. "I am the devilboy but you can call me Rafa and yes I come from hell" he said. "Why are you here?" I asked. "Well you are the one that summoned me and all your answers is in that book" he said pointing at the big black book.

I take a deep breath and try to calm myself down. I take out the book and start reading the next page out loud. "You have now summoned the devilboy and now you are his new master and will accompany you" I said. "Wait what! I'm confused, I am your master but what's the purpose of you being here?" I asked. He sighed. "You see there are a lot of things that you don't know that are in this world" he said. "Like what?" I asked. "Demons and angels and other creatures" he said. "So how are they present on earth without us humans noticing them?" I asked. "Well they disguise themselves as humans and others are hiding at secret or abandoned places" he said. "So you can do that too?" I asked. "Yes, would you like me to transform now?" he asked. "No not yet, I have a few more questions I need to ask" I said. "Ok!" he said. "You're a demon so shouldn't you be the bad guy?" I asked. "No, not really, there are demons that are evil and there are demons that are more good than evil and I'm one of those" he said. "So you're here to get rid of the evil ones?" I asked. "Yes!" he said.  "Interesting! so what should we do now?" I asked. "Read the book and we will know" he said. "The new master and the devilboy shall go to San Blooms to meet the elder Umar Wagner" I said. "Do you know who he is?" I asked. "Oh yes! It has been a while since the last time I saw him and I am quite certain where we can find him" he said. 

"So should we go there now?" I asked. "Yes!" he said. "Ok! let me just get my keys" I said. "And what is your name?" he asked. "Andrew.. Andrew Palmer" I said. He nodded. "Oh yeah! before we go to wherever we're going, can you transform into your human form now?" I asked. "Of course!" he said. He closes his eyes. His horns starts to disappear and he opens his eyes and his eyes changed to green. "Nice! ok let's go" I said.
