Dippers P.O.V
I woke up to my alarm going off and sat up to see Mabel starring at me, "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!" She yelled. I rubbed my eyes and got up, "happy birthday sis.." I said tiredly and walked to the closet looking for clothes. "What are we gonna do today?!" Mabel said excitedly. I just shrugged and changed. Mable followed me downstairs excited about today. I poured myself a bowl of cereal and looked for milk in the fridge.
After breakfast, I go outside with my journal I have all dedicated to Bill and the study of him. I sat on the porch and started flipping through the pages filled with information and sketches of Bill. Chills are sent down my spine as an unnatural cold breeze rushes by. I look up to see the sky turning dark colors and I started feeling small drops of water and immediately want inside not wanting my journal to get ruined. "No! It's raining! Birthday ruined!!" Mable cried out. "A little rain ain't gonna ruin nothin" Gruncle Stan stated. I just walked upstairs to study the pages of the journals more then I already had. Mable followed me complaining. "Why can't you just hang out with us! It's our birthday! Not just mine or just yours!" I looked at Mable, "I know but I want to study really quick"
"You've studied those books all of the time!"
"But you don't know what you've missed until you've
reread them."
"Hundreds of times?.."
"Sometimes"
I walked to the triangular shaped window and looked out it. "Is it just me or is the sky darker then it should be?" Mable walked up, "the sky reminds me of our 13th birthday....." she said. I looked in my notebook and flipped through the pages. I rushed downstairs and outside and I almost get blown over because of the strong wind. "What's happening?!" Mable yelled over the howling winds. "I don't know!" I yelled back. Suddenly the wind stopped and the sky brightened and the sun smiled once again. Me and Mable exchanged looks and walked back inside.
