(Bill's POV)
Tch. Typical Saturday, Gravity Falls city is packed with people.

"Here's your coffee sir." The lady from Starbucks called Stella, or so her name tag said, handed me my large coffee. I mumbled 'thanks' and made my way out the busy store.

"God damn it." I mumbled and fixed my falling eyepatch. Kids from across the street stared and whispered as they saw the black piece of fabric over the left side of my face. I glared in their directing and gave them the middle finger, which caused them to run into a nearby ally.

Every time I bloody go outside people give me weird looks about my eyepatch. It's not my fault the stupid prick stabbed me in the eye. Great now I'm pissed off and talking to myself. Good one Bill!

As I walked down the street I turned down a side alley to get to my apartment complex. I paused as I heard a familiar shout from that bastard Robbie and screams of pain from what seemed like a younger boy. I continued walking down the ally, past the entrance to the complex, to see what was going on.

"See you freak! Don't touch my girl!" Robbie's voice echoed through the ally.

"Oi! Robbie! You twat! Back off!" I shouted as I saw him pinning a boy, about two years younger than me, against the rough brick wall.

"Ah Bill! Do you want a knife in your other eye! Fuck off!" Robbie smirked. I growled, roughly grabbed his neck in a choking hold and pushed him into a wall.

I smirked, "No thanks, I'll pass, but I can make it even and stab you in the eye or maybe stab you somewhere worse." Robbie looked alarmed and struggled in my grip. I let him go and he scurried in the other direction.

"Fuck you!" Robbie screamed as he ran off. I stood there watching his retreating figure and laughed.

"To you to!"

"T...thanks...." Stuttered the boy, "I owe you one..."

"Don't worry about it kid." I said as I waved him off, "Do you need me to take you to a hospital?"

"No thanks I'm fine.... But can you take me to the Mystery Shack apartment complex?" The poor kid was really beat up, he had blood dripping from his nose and lip. From what I could see he also had bruises everywhere.

"Yeah sure kid..... I actually live there." I gave him a small smile and I wrapped my arm around his waist. "So what's your name?" I asked as I helped him up.

"Dipper..."

"I'm Bill." I contemplated on asking what he did with Robbie's Girlfriend. I mean, it's none of my business but it must have been bad to be beaten up this bad.

"So what did you do anyway?" I opened the door and we walked down the grotty hallway. The red carpet had coffee stains and rips through it. The cream paint was starting to peel. And the roof had patches of mould growing.

"I didn't do anything.... Seriously! I was just talking to Wendy because she works for my uncle Stan."

"Stan? As in the guy that runs this dump?" I opened the door to the reception.

"It's not a dump!" I raised my eyebrows at him, "okay, maybe it's a bit dirty but it's my home."

"Dipper!? Oh my god are you okay!?" A girl with ginger hair said running from behind the reception desk.

"Yeah Wendy I'm fine." Dipper said, slightly flushed

"Oh so your Wendy!" I said, "well your boyfriend just gave this kid a beating!"

"Shh! Bill! I...it's okay! I mean... It wasn't his fault..." He looked down, ashamed.

"Ugh! Oh for fuck sakes!" She aggressively got out her phone and called Robbie.

"No! It's fine! Honestly!" Dipper stepped forward quickly, but fell down because of his injuries. I quickly grabbed his waist before he hit the dirty floor boards.

"Thanks... Again..." He grumbled. Meanwhile, Wendy was aggressively tapping her manicured fingernails against the desk as she waited for Robbie to pick up.

"Sup ba..." He started before Wendy cut him off.

"What the fuck is your problem!? He's fucking 14 and you're 16! Your twice his size, what the fuck!" She yelled into the phone.

"What the hell are you talking about! I didn't do anything to that little turd!"

"Shut up Robbie! I can see the blood dripping from his face right now so don't tell me you didn't do anything! It's over!" She pressed the 'call end' button furiously. She let out a deep breath and said,

"Sorry you had to hear that. Anyways, let's get you cleaned up." Dipper tried to walk but nearly fell on his face again. I rolled my right eye and lifted him up and carried him.

"Put me down you dumbass!" He whined, beating my chest, "I'm not a child!"

"Yeah but what happened the last two times you tried walking?" I smirk as he looks down defeated. "Exactly." I say as the silence continues.

"Just put him down here." Wendy said and pulled out a chair, "you can go, thanks." Wendy smiled and I nodded. I quickly glanced at Dipper who had tears in his eyes.

"Hey Dips, if you need anything I'm in room 21." (Insert 21 jokes here) I lightly ruffled his soft brown hair and... Wait, why do I think his hairs is so soft? And why is his hair so soft? Great I'm talking to myself again! Ugh!

I turn and leave the room and walk up the squeaking stairs. Stupid Stan not having enough money to fix the elevator.

After walking up 3 flights of stairs I open my door with my rusted key and flopped down on the couch.

Crap, I threw down my coffee earlier, what a waist of 5 bucks.
