(22) "Ohh What A Coincidence😆"

Arshita's Pov

I woke up next morning with a throbbing headache and sat on my bed with my head in my hands while groaning!

Suddenly my room's door opened and I looked up to see Kabir coming in, "Good morning! Need this?" he asked smiling slightly as he handed me a glass of lemon water.

"Thanks" I said and then looked at him as he sat in front of me, "I don't remember anything! Maine kuch ulta seedha toh nhi kiya na?" I asked and he smiled.

"Nope, you just played a drinking game with your friends, and that's why you got drunk and then I found you in the garden with.... Shubman!" He said and I thought back to the night as all the sights came in my mind!

Did I really said all that to Shubman?

"I'm sorry I really didn't —" I was saying but he stopped me and I looked at him, "No worry! It's okay" Kabir said and I nodded.

"Actually I wanted to talk to you about something! Can we go out today for sometime?" he asked and I looked at him wondering what did he wanted to talk about all of a sudden.

"Uhh.. Yeah sure we can! I'll talk to mom" I said and he smiled while nodding as he got up to leave.

"Great! I'll see you in a bit" he said and walked out of the room.

"Arshu you have your mehndi in the evening toh please jaldi wapas aa jana!" My mom said for the 100th time since I told her that I and Kabir were going out for sometime as he wanted to spend a dayout with me!

"I know mom! You've been telling me this since morning" I said and she turned to me.

"Okay finee enjoy your day!" she said smiling while caressing my face, "Now that's better" I said smiling and she nodded.

She left my room as she had many works to do while I was busy in selecting my outfits. I was not able to decide on anything so I decided to take help from Shriya so I came out of my room.

"Bhuuu!" I jumped in surprise as soon as I stepped out of the room "What the heck are you trying to do?" I asked almost in surprise as I looked at Shubman standing in front of me laughing like a maniac.

"Your.... face... looks so... funny!" He said trying to control his laughter in which he was failing miserably while I was giving him a weird look.

"Were you trying to eavesdrop?" I asked him
as he finally stopped laughing and then looked at me with an innocent look, "Me? No how can I do that. No I wasn't!" he said shaking his head.

"Okay! Can I go?" I asked as he was still standing there looking at my face, "Ofcourse! You don't need to ask me" he said grinning and I just sighed.

I started walking out towards the garden as I wanted to find Shriya. I checked every corner but Shriya wasn't anywhere to be found and all this while Shubman had been following me, I don't know why! He just kept walking behind me everywhere.

I stopped walking suddenly and Shubman bumped in my from behind as he was walking just behind me and I turned to look at him as he gave me a sheepish smile.

"Why did you stopped so suddenly?" he asked and I gave him a look, "Why are you following me?" I asked and he smiled.

"Who said I'm following you? I'm just roaming around!" He said and I looked at him, "Are you finding Kabir?" he asked again while wiggling his eyebrows.
