Chapter 1: The News

P.O.V Midari:

Midari: This meeting is boooring. Everything got boring after noone wanted to gamble with me. I had to resort to just going to the girls bathroom stall and shooting my gun at my skull. Though... I always got a thrill outta shooting it, imaging it will finally give me the death I always wante-

Kirari: "Midari. I will repeat myself once more. Am. I. Boring. You?" She says with slight annoyance but still seemed to stay calm.

Midari: "Huh? Oh no. Not at all. Just dozing off. What're we talking about again?"

Kadae: *sighs* "pathetic." He says silently. "Can't even pay attention. Why she is still in the council is beyond me."

Kirari: "As we were disscussing. There will be a new transfer student. And it says on his papers that he came from the same middle school as you Midari. He gambled alot against the students, and won every single time, which brought me to the conclusion that he needs to attend Hyakkaou Private Academy. Although it did say he didn't make alot of friends because of personal reasons. And it even says that he's adopted."

Midari: Same middle school? Did he know me or something?

Yumemi: "Well can I see his picture? I wanna see if he's hot or not?"

Yuriko: "Well, not for that reason, but I will like to see a picture as well Madame President."

Runa: "Prez doesn't have the Profile, I do. So here you guys go." She laughs annoyingly and throws the profile across the table, hitting Kaede's laptop lightly.

Kaede: *Looks up annoyed* "Runa, please, you have legs to walk right?

Runa laughs as everyone is looking in the profile. Hearing that he won everytime in gambeling made everyone intrigued.

Midari: "It sounds too familiar. Like, he was someone I should remember."

Itsuki: Hmmm...(Y/N) (L/N), huh? What an intresting alias. He looks like someone you would want as a friend.

The profile went around and finally passed on to me. (Y/N) (L/N) had a cute smile, and (E/C) eyes. He had (H/C) hair and It seemed that we was wearing a (F/C) hoodie in the picture. He had slight black bags under his eyes. Something was off though. The lighting made it seem like (Y/N) had one red eye. His eye reminded me so much of Yumeko's. It really was him. It was (Y/N). I knew his name was familiar. He looked so grown from the last time I saw him from my middle school, and cuter...But that didn't matter.

Midari: *Holds the profile harder and stands up* (Y/N)...Uh, Miss President. Can I be the one to show him around school?

Kirari: No Midari. I already have Sayaka sent. He's arriving today.

I was in total shock. (Y/N) was coming to my school again. But why does that lousey secretary have to do it? I wanted to show him around. Though, he might not remember me.

<<Timeskip to (Y/N) Entering the school and being introduced around the classes>>

P.O.V. (Y/N):

Sayaka: And this will be your first hour class as it says on your paper.

I look into the class and see the class pan their attention to me and the short girl. I got nervous because I never made any friends back then, well, except Midari. But she's gone now, so I had noone now.

(Y/N): "Uh...Oh. Hello. My name is (Y/N) (L/N). I will be happy to....Accompany any of you as a friend."

I heard wispers from the other students saying that I reminded them of these couple of students. Well, some and most girls saying how cute I was...It was really awkward.

Student #1: "He sounds just like Yumeko Jabami."

Yumeko? Yumeko didn't tell me she was attending this school...

I brushed it off and sat down. I usually just draw and listen to (F/M). And since no-one else was paying attention, I decided to go with the flow. Until I saw a girl with Blonde hair going down to her arms in ponytails get in front of me. She was kinda cute though.

????: "Hey. You that new kid right? The transfer?"

(Y/N): "Yes ma'am. My name is (Y/N) (L/N). What's your name?" I said with a slight blush in my face.

????: My name is Mary Saotame and this is Ryota. He followed me here after I told him and Yumeko that I was gonna visit you.

Mary. What a nice name. I looked to her right to see a tall figure bowing down at me. That must be Ryota.

Ryota: Hello Mr.(Y/N). My name is Ryota. It is a pleasure to meet you.

(Y/N): Likewise, Kyota. And (Y/N) is fine. No Mr. needed. So, what is it that you want from me Mary?

Mary: *Smirks* How about a little gamble? We'll just play a game of vote rock, paper sissors?

I was shocked when I heard that.

(Y/N): Sorry Mary. But I don't want to fuel up my Gambling addiction again, so I might have to refuse.

Mary: Isn't that why you joined the school? To gamble? Nevermind. C'mon. 3 matches, just me and you.

Mary: I know I'm in debt but still, Yumeko wants to see his potential.

At the student council office

Third P.O.V

Midari was staring at her phone scrolling through her pictures looking at pictures of Yumeko of course. Then she lands on a picture of her in middle school with (Y/N). He was so tiny and innocent. She didn't notice that she was blushing.

Kirari: Midari. If you want to see him so bad, go ahead. The meeting is over.

Midari stood up quickly and noded at the president as a thank you. She quickly ran to the class (Y/N) was in.

As she rushed in, everyone was focused on Mary and (Y/N) in the middle of a game. Midari then sat back and watched (Y/N) get his gambling freak back into buisness.
