Chapter 21

He looked deeply into my eyes, it felt like he was staring at my soul.
He sat there looking for any reaction in me.

My eyes widened, my breath hitched, shortening in size.

"I-I-" I was at a loss for words, even worse than Tae.

"See, I told you. You would be too shocked to comprehend the given information."

At his words, mind made itself up, I
wasn't going to act as weak as he thought of me.

I took a deep breath, trying to clear and organize my thoughts.

"Don't worry, I can understand, just explain to me, I was just surprised thats all."

He himself, took a minute to pull himself together, before he explained himself.
"Vampires are all destined a soulmate, its like star-crossed love." He said, his eyes sparkling.

"Normally, it ends up being a vampire as well, but for me it seems different," he touched the left side of my jaw, slowly sliding up to my cheek, caressing it.
"It seems to be...you" he said, right before he kissed me.

I was shocked, my body flinched at the sudden sense of touch, and the weight of his soft lips, on mine.

For a second there I didnt know what to do, I couldn't kiss a vampire, I couldn't do this to myself.

But I soon came to my senses.

I pushed him off of me, it was hard with his tall and heavy figure, but I somehow managed it.

I was breathless, my breathing was much,much faster now, due to my fast heart rate. I had never kissed a boy before, let alone a vampire.

He jerked back, unknowing of my intentions.

"T-Taehyung, I'm going to my room, please don't follow me there, I need some time alone. some-some time to think." I said, before I rushed off upstairs to the familiarity of my room.
