Chapter Six - Sleepover

After finalising the sleepover with the girls, we had all decided on who was going to bring what.

I was going to rent out the movies, Caroline was going to buy the food, Zoey was going to bring all of the big blankets and Piper decided she will bring all of her cosmetics.

Today is now Saturday and the girls literally just arrived at my house. We decided to set up the living  rooms as our sleepover destination. We had pushed my couches into a square shape, and draped blankets over the top, making a cubby house.

We laid heaps of blankets underneath and heaps of pillows to make it comfortable. We made sure that the TV was levelled with makeshift, and decided to get into our onesies so we could just chill and not worry about having to change later on in the night.

For the first two hours we decided to make each other look pretty and gossip. And you all know what that means! Hair, nails, facials the lot.

“So what’s the deal with you and Maddox?” Zoey questioned as she braided Caroline's hair.

“Honestly, I'm not even sure. He acts like we are a  couple but we aren’t. he is extremely protective and always wants to be around me all of a sudden” I replied, as I finished off Piper’s nails.

“Well I think he has a thing for you” Piper chipped in, as she blew on her nails.

“I don’t know. He might just see me as like, a little sister. He doesn’t really say much” I said, as I started on my own nails. I picked out a nice shade of purple.

“Girl, you must be blind” Caroline stated, wincing as Zoe pulled too much on her hair, making me giggle.

“I don’t really see it, I mean. He gives me little cuddles here and there. And gives me a friendly kiss on the forehead on occasion. He doesn’t really do anything else. He doesn’t give me the vibe that he likes me” I frowned.

“You like him don’t you?” Piper said sadly.

“Yeah. I only hope he’ll like me like that too one day” I said, and smiled lightly.

“Forget about me! What about you guys! Flirting with his closest gang members!” I said, wiggling my eyebrows at them.

They all blushed in unison making me boom with laughter.

“I think they like you” I said, making kissy noises.

“I don’t think so” Caroline said, while they all nodded in agreement.

“Girl you must be blind” I mocked, and Caroline rolled her eyes.

“Oh real mature” Pip said, rolling her eyes, I just giggled and stuck my tongue out at her.

“SCARY MOVIE TIME” Lilly hollered, making us all snap our eyes in hear direction, I think we all forgot she was here. She is always so quiet.

We all laughed and sighed.

“Let’s get the popcorn” Pip said to me, and we both stood up.

We placed one bag at a time in the microwave, until we popped three bags.

We filled up five bowls, and grabbed some drinks and glasses and headed back into the living room. All the girls were ready, a movie loading.

Let the torture begin.

Did I fail to mention, that I HATE scary movies.
