Appearance: Ichabod isn't an extremely tall and lanky man like his father or the character he is named after but he is of somewhat average height and a very slim and lanky build still making him resemble a bit of a scarecrow and the Sleepy Hollow character. Ichabod is not a arguably handsome man but he turns heads based on his rather scary and surprisingly intimidating appearance. His hair is typically unkempt and his eyes of large dark circles beneath them form lack of sleep yet somehow he manages to look like someone who simply emanates fear and terror.
Personality: Ichabod is not a complicated person who needs any excuses for the way he acts. He presents himself exactly the way he is and makes no apologies for his actions. He's highly intelligent and aware and isn't embarrassed to make the fact that he has a PhD in multiple fields of science known. He's obsessed with fear and working on his experiments despite not being able to truly feel fear himself. It's come to the paint that he's rather apathetic of anything else making him a truly evil villain capable of anything and not caring.

Powers: Fearlessness|His father's experiments have caused Ichabod to be unable to feel fear.
Apathy|His lack of fear have caused Ichabod to really have no emotions or care for anything else making him apathetic.
Contaminant Immunity|He is immune to his father's fear toxins from all the experiments and from being exposed to them so often. It's possible that he's even immune to all forms of toxins except the venom in Bane's blood.
Peak Human Strength|Ichabod stole some of Nathaniel's blood and replicated it into a form of venom combined with his fear toxin to recreate the fear venom. Ichabod injects himself with small doses just because it makes him feel something and because it makes him as string as logically possible for a human.
Abilities/Strengths: Genius Intellect|Ichabod graduated high school at a young age and went on to earn multiple doctrines in chemistry, biology, and psychology
Master Chemist and Biologist|He has a PHD in both fields along with being the one to recreate all of his father's creations with nothing more than a description of what they do. He even recreated the fear venom that nullifies someones fears along with making them increasingly stronger.
Psychologist|He has a doctrine in psychology and understands greatly how the mind works especially when it comes to fear.
Fear|Ichabod is unable to feel fear.
Combat|He may not be some highly trained martial artist but he is talented enough to hold his own in a fight.
Weaknesses: Emotions |feel emotions making him desire to feel something.
Obsession|His obsession with creating fear and wanting to feel something could destroy him or send him down a path of complete madness.
Venom|Venom is still addictive and Ichabod could end up like many of the other users of the substance.
History: Ichabod Crane's story is not a pleasant one in anyway. It's rather tragic and fitting origin story for such a haunting villain...
His father raped a whore in order to conceive a child and murdered her as soon as his son was born. He named him Ichabod after the nickname given to him by his bullies in school. Jonathan wasted no time running his planned experiments on his son unlocking the secrets to fears and fearlessness. He spent his days as the terrifying Scarecrow but soon retired after the birth of his son so he could run his experiments without threat of being locked up again. He'd inject his infant son with low doses of fear toxins and up the dosage once Ichabod began to grow a tolerance.
For years Ichabod was locked up in a cell with various different tubes to inject him with different levels of fear toxins along with nutrients along with being hooked up to monitors so Jonathan could see how his tests were running. Ichabod spent years experiencing his greatest terrors until finally Ichabod couldn't feel anymore.
Jonathan continued his tests growing obsessed with now trying to make Ichabod feel something until Batman finally caught on and put an end to everything. He arranged for Ichabod to live a normal life though he was constantly teased in school so he dived into his studies show casing his genius mind and graduated early before going to Harvard and being one of the youngest to graduate with three PhD's.
Ichabod seemed to be living a normal life when really he was taking on his father's mantle as he redeveloped the fear toxins and unleashed them on an entire city causing it to fall into terror and panic until Batman stopped him and sent him to Arkham Asylum where he out maneuvered every psychologist thrown at him until he was eventually offered a second chance by joining the Descendants Academy.
