The First Time (10th Doctor)

Summary: You were a doctor and after a stressful day at work as you walk back home you meet the doctor for the first time, he cheers you up and you part ways, after a couple of days, your friends set up a prank for you in a haunted house and there you meet him again.

Today was a long and stressful day, you just lost a patient and  needed time to recover and regain your confidence. You were walking home, absent-minded as you and a man bumped into each other.

"Oh I'm sorry, please excuse me, I was lost in thoughts" you apologized.

"No,no it's fine, I should be the one apologizing, I wasn't looking" the man said.

You gave him a little smile and continued walking before he asked you a question that made you wonder if he's joking or drunk. "Hey, do you by any chance know what year this is?".

"It's 2016" you said wanting to see if he had any more weird questions.

"Thank you, you'll probably think I'm a crazy man but can you tell me what day and month we're in?"

"Either that or you're really drunk, unless you have Alzheimer, but anyways today is the 26th of January 2016. So if you don't have any more question I'm leaving." you said in discomfort.

" I didn't mean to bother you, but you see my ship broke down and I'm stuck here now and wanted to know when and where I am. Thank you for your help ms.?" he asked.

"It's Doctor to you" you said in pride.

"Oh really? I'm a doctor too" he said in delight.

"yeah right" you said in a sarcastic tone.

"Oh yes, here, this is my card" he showed you his psychic paper.

"It's a blank paper Mr. drunk or high guy".

" I don't understand it should've worked" he looked confused.

"okay listen mate you should go home and get some rest before you do things you'll regret. Goodbye".

"Have a nice day ms...Doctor"

After a few days, your friends forced you to go out with them after staying too long at home.

You didn't want to go but they dragged you out, and to convince you to come, they told you they're going to explore a haunted house, because they know how much you love a little adventure.

When you entered the haunted house your friend began to retreat and eventually went outside and locked you in without a flashlight, luckily you had your phone with you. "Haha, very funny guys, I'm really scared you can open the door now" but no one did, so you decided to explore it or find another exit.

You turned on the flashlight on your phone and started to walk before you heard a cracking noise.

You thought these were your friends trying to prank you, so you followed the noise which led you upstairs.

You opened a door and entered to what appears to be a bedroom. The room was cold and suddenly something fell off, you went to pick it up before someone opened the door "HAH, I got you" the man said pointing some sort of device that makes weird noises towards you.

You jumped from your place as your heart skipped a beat "What the hell! You startled me" you held the flashlight to see who was standing there, "Oh it's you again, please don't be high!".

"Do I know you" the man questioned.

"Yeah we met the other day and you were drunk or high and claimed to be a doctor and showed me a blank paper, btw I'm sorry I was unpleasant to you, I'm usually nicer but I had a rough day" you explained.
