Childhood friends

As you ran down the old dirt pathway, you wondered what had happened to Loki. You and Loki have been inseparable since you were 4. You two would go on play dates, sleepovers, or you two would just sneak out just to see each other. But that was a long time ago. You two were now 18 and you two are past that. But today you were called to the palace by Odin. Odin was like a father to you and you were like a daughter to him. You ran into the palace to see Odin in his throne. Thor on his right and the raven haired prince to his left. I bowed to pay my respects to Odin.

"Rise, y/n. It is very nice to see you. "He said as you stood up straight. You knew you could relax because his voice sounded calm.

"Odin, it is very nice to see you two. But why did you send for me?"

"I believe Loki should tell you." He said looking at Loki. Loki's face blushed a little as you looked at him and smiled.

"Come, y/n.We need to talk." He said with a smile. You walked along side him as we made our way to his bedroom. He opened the door and waited for me to go in. As you walked in the door, you waited for him to come in as well. He put his hand on the small of your back and walked you to his bed. You jump on his bed and cross your legs laughing. He chucked as he sat down beside you.

"Whats up Loki? Is everything ok?" you said with a concerned look on your face.

"We are having a banquet here later and some very important people will be here and I was wondering" he said putting his hand on your knee," if I could court you. And not just tonight, I would like to court you forever. What do you thing?" You looked into the eyes of a man you knew the story of and the guy you have seen laugh and cry . You wanted to help him when everyone else was scared to.

"Loki, I would love it if you courted me today and forever." You said jumping into his lap. You burried your face into his neck and played with the ends of his hair. He just put his hands on your back and rocked slowly back and forth.You felt yourself getting tierd so you repositioned yourself to where you were in in his lap bridel style.You slowly drifted to sleep when there was a knock on the door.

"Brother, did you ask lady y/n yet?

Loki's jaw clinched. He hates it when his brother meddles in his personal life. His muscles tighten around you. You wake up from my drowsiness and look up at him. He looked down at you and smiled. You nuzzle my face in his chest. Thor open the door to find you halfway asleep in Loki's arms. Loki held his finger to his mouth and shushed Thor. Thor smiled and quietly closed the door. Loki picked you up and used his magic to change your clothes into green sweatpants and a black shirt. He pulled down the covers and put you in the bed. He then waved his hand and he too was now in pajamas. He got in and wrapped his arms around your waist and pulled you close.

"I love you, y/n..."
