Dearest Love,

I must apologise that it has taken me a few weeks
to write back to you. I know that you must be getting
worried. We having been moving round a lot.

Thank you for the button, I have put it with all the other gifts
you have sent to me.

Yesterday I saw a Robin. It was sitting up in the tree then it came down
about 5 feet away from me. I haven't been able to feel much happiness
when I been away. But that was the first time I have felt happiness
and at peace. For a split second I felt like I was at home again.

We don't know how much for longer the war is going to be. Their was talks
that we should be back before Christmas but I believe that only wishful thinking.

I know you wouldn't write but you was worried about me making friends
because I am not the most social. I am more of a thinker then a talker. But I am trying.

Always in my prays, I am thinking of you.

Love From, Will.
