(Note, I decided to move this from my IDV stories to this book. It fits better- And this tells a small bit of backstory for my Identity V OCs, Liam and Ally.)
Liam and Ally were both in the forest, the rain pouring down on them. Were they gonna get sick? They probably were. But the two didn't care at the moment. "So... how was your childhood?" Ally asked, looking over at the male. "It fuckin' sucked. That's how it was." He growled. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a small pack of cigarettes and a lighter. He pulled a cigarette out and lit it up. He looked over at Ally. "Ya want one?" "No thanks, I have no wish to smoke." "C'mon, just one? It ain't gonna hurt." "Fine." Ally sighed, finally giving in. She took a cigarette from the pack. Liam then gave her the lighter, to which she lit the cigarette up. "Thanks." She mumbled. "No problem..." He muttered. The two smoked in silence, before Ally began to speak up. "So, uhm... what happened during your childhood-?" "Well..." Liam spoke, a sigh escaping his lips. "My mom and dad divorced, so I had to stay with that bitch. While my brother went with my dad. We would usually always spend time together, but once our parents divorced- We really didn't see each other much. Except for holidays."
Liam paused for a moment, he threw his cigarette down onto the ground and put it out. "And, well, my mom began to abuse me. So, I started to be more rebellious." Ally's eyes went wide once Liam had said he was abused. "O-Oh... I'm sorry..." "Don't be. It ain't your fault. Besides, I'm finally away from that bitch." Liam muttered. He looked over and noticed Ally still had the pack. "Pass me another cigarette, will ya?" "O-Oh, s-sure..." Ally murmured, she gave the pack to Liam. To which, he pulled another cigarette out and lit it up. "So, what happened to you?" He asked, while Ally had frowned at the question. "Well... I was abused by my dad, aunt and uncle. Only one that didn't abuse me was my cousin and mom. Mom found out about my dad, aunt and uncle abusing me. She asked for a divorce, dad begged to stay till he could get enough money to afford a place."
She paused, dropping her cigarette onto the ground and putting it out. "Few months after that, we moved away. And, that's when I met Luna..." She looked over at the gray wolf that laid right beside her. She patted the wolf's head a couple of times before continuing to speak. "Then, one day, he got murdered. Me and mom moved again, then a few years later, I got the letter. And, here I am." Liam's eyes had went wide as he heard Ally explain her childhood... which, made the male go over and hug her. Ally froze for a moment, before slowly hugging back. A large smile had formed on her face. After a few moments, Liam pulled away. "Uh... sorry for.. that..." Ally chuckled and patted the male's shoulder. "You don't have to be sorry for that. Besides, it was nice to get a hug." Her smile grew. While Liam quietly chuckled. "I... guess it was nice to give someone a hug..."
The two sat in silence for a few more minutes, before Liam finally got up. "I think it's time to head back." Ally nodded, soon getting up from the ground. "Yeah... and, thank you for letting me talk about my childhood. It was nice to talk about it..." Liam then grinned. "Mate, it's no problem! Besides, you had to listen to me about my childhood..." Ally's smile grew once again, she hugged Liam. Liam was... a bit shocked, but soon hugged back. They began to walk back to the manor.
