"Come on love, we need to go have a chat with my brother." Nik tells me, gathering my stuff and leading me out of the house.

"Why?" I question confused on why we're rushing out.

"We're going to see if I can talk some sense into Kol and if he won't listen to me, then maybe he'll listen to you, so lets go." Nik explains.

"Do you even know where he is?" I ask seeing as I didn't even know he was back in town.

"No, but I had a call with him, and I don't trust his tone, so we must check, everywhere." he explains as we get in his car.

Nik drives us back into town, we check the grill, the town square, and many other places, but no sign of Kol. "Why don't we go home and check with Rebekah, maybe she's heard from him." I suggest. Nik just nods and starts to drive towards the mansion.

As we walk into the house, Nik wasn't by my side suddenly. I walk further into the house, confused by where he went. Then in front of me was Kol. "Clara." Kol says, seeming surprised to see me.

"Hello Kol." I reply, surprised he was here.

He looks at me like he's dissecting me, making me feel uncomfortable. "Do you know?" he asks skeptically.

"Know? Know what?" I question, more confused now.

He walks up to me, seeming scared, "Don't look into your past. Some magic isn't worth the answer." he whispers, then he's gone.

I look towards the front door that he left out of. What the hell did he mean? My past? Dazed I walk away to my room more confused. Does Kol who my family is? Or did he just want to distract me? What could he possibly know that would make him so scared. What could he possibly know that would make me not want to know anything about my family?

A few hours later I get a phone call from Nik. "Hello?" I say.

"Meet me at your old home please." Nik says to me sounding a bit angry.

"Sure, can you tell me why?" I question a bit hesitant as I head out to my car.

"Either Kol or Jeremy is going to do something very idiotic, and I hope to stop it." he explains further

I start to drive, "Alright, I'll meet you there." and I hang up.

I arrive at the house and see Nik at the front doorway. I rush up to him and look into the house, and gasp. On the ground laid a burned Kol with a stake in his chest. I rush towards Kol in shock.

"You kill us, you'll never get towards the cure. You'll never be able to make anymore hybrids." Jeremy says to Nik. I obviously came in the middle of an argument. I kneel down besides Kol, not believing that he's gone.

I hear Nik ranting, but his words aren't really processing until I hear my name "... now Clara come out here so I can watch them burn." he says angrily. I look over my shoulder towards him to see him glaring at Jeremy and Elena.

I stand and walk towards the door, but as I walk past Jeremy and Elena, she grabs my arm stopping me. "Elena let go of me." I tell her, struggling to get out of her grip, but with her now having a vampire strength, it made it difficult.

Nik shouts in pain, grabs my attention. I see him on his knees with Bonnie standing behind him. "Invite him in." she tells them, when Jeremy doesn't she shouts, "Do it."

"Come in." Jeremy says calmly and confusion lining his tone.

Bonnie uses her magic, making Nik go inside. "Living room. Go!" Bonnie instructs them.

Elena drags me with them to the Kitchen then lets go of me. I turn around and see Nik at the edge of the living room, his hands on an invisible wall.

"Witch, you can't do this to me." Nik shouts at Bonnie.

"You have no idea what I can do now." Bonnie says calmly but anger clear in her voice.

"I will hunt all of you to your end! Do you hear me? Do you!?" Nik shouts once more as Jeremy, Bonnie, and Elena leave us alone in the house, as Nik continues to try and break through the barriers.
