*Kayleena's pov*
When I eventually woke up I was wrapped in Dan's arms. I cuddled into his chest,taking in this moment where my life wasn't hell. I let out a sigh of contentment,and slowly drifted back to sleep by the sound of Dan's breathing and heartbeat.
When I woke up again it was 10:30 in the morning.I decided to make breakfast for me and Dan and then we can go back to his place.
So I slipped out of his loving grasp and made my way out of my door without the squeaking like it normally does. I make my way to the kitchen,and start making breakfast.
Just as the food was done,hobbit haired Dan stumbled out of my room and into the kitchen,and into one of the seats on the island.
"You want coffee,hun?"
"Ahuh" Dan mumbled through his closed lips as he slowly and grudgingly woke up.
I put his plate of food in front of him and got him his cup of coffee just the way he likes it.
Once we ate,he smiled at me and said "Thank you." I smiled back at him and sighed in contentment. "You're welcome."
He went into the bathroom while I cleaned up. I went into my room and while I was changing he walked in and covered his eyes like he did the time he walked in on me getting out of the shower at his place. I laughed as I pulled my shirt down.
I walked over to him and kissed him. "Really?" I laughed "I don't think it matters now."
He chuckled and pulled me into a hug "Yeah,I guess not." He said. I could hear the smile in his voice. We pulled away and I saw his gaze focus on something behind me. I turned and looked over my shoulder and followed his gaze to a pipe on my dresser.
"Babe?" I said calling his attention. He looked at me "What?"
I turned around and got the pipe off my dresser. "I saw you looking at him." I taunted
"Him?" Dan asked looking at me with big eyes,eyebrows raised in question.
"Yeah,him, his name is Sherlock." I defended as I handed Sherlock to Dan.
He looked at it like it was a weapon that's been used to kill someone and still had blood on it. He inspected it and then handed him back to me.
*"Wanna try him?" I asked. Dan looked at Sherlock,and then looked me in the eyes and shoke his head." I wanna go seeing Phil and Lay" He said grabbing my hand and intertwining it with his.
"Maybe tonight." He added. I smiled and hugged him as we walked into the lift going up one to his floor.
We walked into the his flat after he unlocked the door. Phil and Lay stood in the kitchen,vividly discusing which season of Friends was the best. Dan had a huge smile on his face as he watched them bicker back and forth,me and him holding hands leaned against the counter.
Sooner then later they stopped their playful argument. Phil turned to Dan,and asked "Why are you so smiley?"
Dan looked over to me and I smiled up at him. He looked back at Phil,shrugged and said "I got something to be happy about." dropping my hand and wrapping his arm around around my waist,me leaning into him putting my hand on his torso.We smiled big at each otherand then turned our attention back to our friends who were looking at as we were aliens or something.
"Are you guys okay?" Layla questioned with her eyebrows furrowed at us.
"Yeah we're absolutely perf." I replied as I took Dan's hand that was over my shoulder in mine and we went into the living room. Dan got out his Mac and started doing his thing while I attemped to play on Dan's Skyrim.
After awhile of us doing our thing,Layla and Phil walked in to get their coats.
"Where are you guys goin' " I questioned wiggling my eyebrows up and down
"If you must know I'm taking Layla out on our first date." Phil answered proudly.
"Awe. You guys have fun." I told them as they went out the door.
After,I asked Dan if he wanted anything to drink.
"Why are you getting something to drink for yourself?" Dan asked not looking at me
"Yeah,ice water."
"I'll just steal some of yours." He said looking at me this time.
"Okie" I said as I leaned over and grabbed his chin giving him a kiss.
*Layla's p.o.v*
We get out the apartment and outside to see it was raining. So we went back up to get umbrellas. Phil opened the door for me and let me in first because he's that nice. When I got into the flat I couldn't believe my eyes,I pulled Phil into the flat and pointed at Dan kissing Kayleena. I squealed at them,breaking them apart. I ran into the living room and pointed at them.
"Omg! Are you-? OMG"
*Dan's p.o.v*
I chuckled awkwardly and looked at Kayleena pleading she'd do the talking.
*Kay's p.o.v*
"Yeah we are" I said standing up from my spot on the couch "since about 8 last night" I said blushing because of the details I was leaving out.
"That's fantastic!" Phil said
"Yeah,it is." I said looking at Dan,my heart getting heavy. I kissed him again and walked into the kitchen to get my water.
"You know what,you guys should come with us to dinner! We can all have our first dates together! Come On!" Layla persisted
"Lay,it's not that big of a deal don't be absurd. It's your guys' first date,we refuse to fuck up your night up." I said walking back to my spot cuddled into Dan.
"It would be crazy for me to go on my first date with my boyfriend without my bestfriend who also needs to go out on her first date. Just come."
"It'll be on us,come on guys. Double date night" Phil added with a smile walking up and wraping his arm around Lay's shoulders.
I sighed heavily and looked up at my boyfriend. "Do we wanna go on a double date with our best friends?" I asked.
Dan looked down at me "Do we?" Dan asked with cheekiness in his eyes.
"I think so" I smiled catching his hint and playfully tapping his cheek as if i was slapping him.
"Fine. Double date night." I said as me and Dan got up to get ready.
I was putting on some cover up in the bathroom when he came in to brush his teeth.
"Babe do you have a black t-shirt I could wear?" I asked as I finished and put my makeup away.
"Yeah,top drawer of my dresser on the left side." He said
I walked behind him to get out ofthe bathroom and and gave him a kiss on the the cheek "Thanks babe."
