The skin on my body melted with the cold, wet floor. It was dark and my body constantly shivered with the fear of what liquid I was laying in and where I was in the first place. The side of my head was aching with pain, my wrists felt like they'll come off any second. Even with the horrible aching, I managed to muster the little energy I had to lift my upper body up.

Where the hell was I? I couldn't remember a thing no matter how hard I tried. There was an empty hole in my memory and every time I tried to make myself remember, the back of my head felt like pins and needles. My reflexes made me reach over to try to massage the pain.

The sound of chains dragging against the floor accompanied with my movement. My mind was so fuzzy, I couldn't even put two and two together at the time. There was no source of light anywhere yet my eyes still strained to try to see at least something. Then, I heard something. The sound of a click, a squeak, then footsteps.  I turned my head in the darkness.

They got closer, and my heart raced faster. The last footstep echoed through the room and silence followed. I didn't know who was there, I didn't know what would happen to me whether those lights came on or was kept off. The silence was killing me, I could only hear my racing breath. Suddenly, a flash met my eyes. I immediately closed them, It was so blinding it started to hurt. The chains rang in my ears when I flinched.

  "Good morning."
