Back to the water, by the cavern entrance Kirishima swam back and forth, wondering if he should go in there to comfort his friend, "Poor Bakubro." Aizawa sighs, "I didn't mean to tell, it was an accident." While he was taking Bakugou swam past the two of them, "Bakugou? Where are you going? Bakugou you doing here with this these two?" He says, noticing the two eels.

Bakugou looked at Aizawa, angry and sadness in his eyes, "I am going to see Shigaraki." Aizawa eyes widen, "Bakugou, no! No, He's a demon, he's a monster!" Bakugou glared at the crab, "Why don't you go tell my father? You're good at that." The eels continued to swim and Bakugou followed after them. "But ....But, I...." Aizawa stumbles over his word watching the sea Prince follow the eels, "Come on, Kirishima!" The crab, the eels, the red fish, and the merman travel to the sea wizard cave. "This way!" Toga said excitedly while heading inside, Dabi not far behind. Bakugou enters and his eyes widen down at garden of souls that were on the floor of the cave. Kirishima and Aizawa stay outside of the cave, wondering what to do.

Bakugou looked at the other merman from the door way, "Come in. Come in, my Prince. We mustn't lurk in doorways, it's rude. One MIGHT question your upbringing. Now, then. You're here because you have a thing for this human. This, er, Princess fellow. Not that I blame you." The wizard used his magic to show the land Princess. Which caused Bakugou eyes to widen at the sight, "She is quite a catch, isn't she? Well, sword fish, the solution to your problem is simple. The only way to get what you want is to become a human yourself."

Bakugou looked at the other merman, not sure he can trust the words as he have heard tells about how evil Shigaraki can be, "Can you DO that? Really? And you aren't fucking with me?" Shigaraki chuckled, "My Prince, that's what I do! it's what I live for. To help unfortunate merfolk like yourself. Poor souls with no one else to turn to." Shigaraki swam up to Bakugou and began to sing, "I admit that in the past I've been a nasty. They weren't kidding when they called me, well, a monster. But you'll find that nowadays, I've mended all my ways. Repented, seen the light and made a switch. True? Yes!" He swam around the Prince and Bakugou watched him closely.

"And I fortunately know a little magic!" He swam away from the Prince, up to a cauldron that seem to have something covering it. He used his magic to make the cover disappear, "It's a talent that I always have possessed and here lately and please don't laugh. I use it on behalf of the miserable, lonely and depressed." Toga and Dabi swam beside Shigaraki, "Pathetic." He whispered to the two.

"Poor unfortunate souls! In pain! In need!" He waved his hand over the cauldron, causing projections of a skinny merman and a chubby mermaid. He gestured to the mermaid first, "This one longing to be thinner!" Bakugou swam closer to the merman and watched intently as Shigaraki then gestured too the merman, "That one wants to get the girl. And do I help them? Yes, indeed!" He snapped his fingers causes the merman to become buff and the mermaid skinny. The two projections swim close to each other and hug each other, "Those poor unfortunate souls! So sad! So true! They come flocking to my cauldron crying, 'Spells, Shigaraki please!' And I help them? Yes, I do!"

Bakugou still had his doubts about this, but all he wanted was to be with the Princess, "Now it's happened once or twice. Someone couldn't pay the price." He put his hand in front of the projections and uses his hand to make a gesture of payment, which caused the two to shrug as they didn't have a payment, "I'm afraid I had to rake 'em 'cross the coals." He quickly squeezed his hand together and turned the projections into polyps. Bakugou watched the two transform. Then, Shigaraki waves his hand through the projection to make them disappear, "Yes, I've had the odd complaint but on the whole I've been a saint to those poor unfortunate souls!" Shigaraki then turned his attention to Bakugou.
