That was a normal day on Saint Bonaventure Hospital, there was a lot of people that have to be cured thanks to Dr Melendez and Dr Lim and others like them.
Neil: Murphy, you have to join with me in this surgery.
Shaun: Sure, Dr Melendez. What's about the surgery?
Neil: It's a emergency apendectomy . Something basic, simple.
Shaun: Ok.
Everything was ok, the surgery was a success. Neil went to the cafeteria with his residents and his wife. Someone was calling Audrey while she was drinking her afternoon coffee, it was Samuel, telling her that they've just back home to school:

Audrey: Hi sweetie.
Samuel: Hey mom, what's going on, we've just go home back to school.
Audrey: Ok, so how was your day on school?
Samuel: Good. But I'm a little tired. Oh, and I got an A+ on my maths test.
Audrey: Congratulations honey, I told you that you'll get a good mark, you've studying for hours and hours, you deserve it. I'm so proud of you.
Neil (on Audrey's phone): Congratulations, mijo, estoy muy orgulloso de ti, te quiero.
Samuel: Yo también Papá. And, Laura wants to talk with you two.
Laura: Mom, Dad... I got an A on my History test.
Neil & Audrey: Congratulations, honey, we can't believe it!!!! Our little guys are such a good students, we're so proud of you two, guys.
Samuel & Laura: Thankss, and by the way, can we go to the motocross field with Marcus Jr. ??
Neil & Audrey: Ok... But take care of you two and don't be so agressive with each other on the field, remember that you two are carrying a machine that can be dangerous if you don't use it well.
Samuel & Laura : OK, we love you two :)
Neil & Audrey: Same.
