Aiden's POV

(Thanksgiving)

We're spending Thanksgiving at Blake's aunt Kathy's house this year, but for some reason Blake seems to not want to go. I was downstairs with Anna watching Netflix while he was somewhere upstairs. "Hey Aiden?" Julie called. "Could you let Blake know that we are leaving in ten minutes?"

"Sure thing." I ran upstairs and found Blake laying on the bed in his room playing video games, shirtless may I add, and in sweats. "Okay, not that I don't find this extremely sexy, but why are you not dressed?"

"Or, instead of getting dressed," he raised his eyebrow at me. "You climb in here with me and we stay here all night."

"Hmm." I walked over and straddled him. "Or," I leaned down and kissed him and he ran his hands up my shirt. "You can get dressed," I leaned into him and whispered, "and I'll get into bed later." I stood up and walked to the door.

He groaned, "you are such a tease."

"Yep." I winked at him. "Now get dressed."

"Hey, is he coming down?" Julie asked as soon as I got down the stairs.

"I think so, he's getting dressed."

"Dressed? He's not dressed yet? BLAKE!"

"WHAT?!"

"I swear if you are not ready..."

"AIDEN!" he interrupted. "Where's my shirt?"

"Blake, you have like fifty shirts, you can't just ask that and expect me to know what one you're talking about," Julie laughed.

He stepped out into the hallway. "The blue one."

"You have multiple blue ones." I said, walking up the stairs towards him.

"You guys argue like an old married couple." Julie called after me.

I walked over and pulled out one of shirts from the closet giving it to him. "Thanks," he mumbled pulling it on and starting to button it.

"Blake," he hummed in response. "What is going on?"

"I just don't really want to go."

"But why?"

"Because they're annoying and some homophobic."

"Awe babe, I get that. But didn't Christmas go well?"

"Well yeah, but it didn't stop some of them, especially Cassie, from posting degrading comments on Facebook."

"Cassie?"

"Jim's wife."

"Ah, makes sense. But hey," I grabbed his hands, "who really cares what they say, right? We have each other, and mom, Anna, grandma, grandpa, our friends, your other aunts, and uncles, your cousins, especially Holly, oh she's adorable."

He chuckled, "Yeah, yeah, okay. I get it, you're right." He leaned down and kissed me. "When did you become the confident one?"

"BOYS! C'MON, WE GOT TO GO."

When we arrived, it seemed that Blake's family was all there already. I'm still trying to remember all of their names, it's taking longer than I thought. We walked in and was immediately greeted by some of the younger cousins. We were sitting in the living room when Jim's family finally showed up. "Oh John, who is this?" I heard grandma Jean ask. When I looked up, I saw John standing there with a girl.

"Oh yeah. Um, I would like to introduce you guys to my girlfriend, Taylor."

"Well it is nice to meet you." Jean responded.
