(Chapter 7) Lobelia

The day was bright and sunny at Ouran and the students were getting their stuff ready for whatever they want to do seeing how all afternoon classes have been cancelled. Haruhi stood in her class with a few girls in front as they explain why the cancellation for afternoon classes to which they went on to say that clubs from other schools are attending. While they went on the twins were scolding Renge for not knowing what instant coffee is and to where they go off to Haruhi to fetch some more. "Oh and take Jay with you too if you see her." the twins asked making Haruhi groan, after spending a while finding Jay she was found near the fountain. Jay was starring off at the many people walking passed, Haruhi tapped her shoulder. "Hey, I'm about to go get some more instant coffee, wanna come with me?" she asked, Jay, looked up and placed a smile on her glooming face but yet nodded because she wanted to get away from here for a while. After they bought some instant coffee they were walking towards the building when Jay stopped, Haruhi looked behind to saw the upperclassmen starring at something. She turned her head to see three girls dressed in a hot pink uniform who were gossiping about stuff, "Isn't that uniform from Free Lady's Academy?" the brown-haired asked but Jay remained silent.

All through Jay's head were memories of all of the bullying she got from those three girls, punches, kicks, the spitting, name-calling, everything she got was from them. Jay was taken out of her trance when Haruhi placed her hand on the girl's shoulder, the girl with the piercings looked at her friend "Are you ok Jay?" Haruhi asked, "I'm fine, I'll see you at the club." and with that Jay left. Haruhi knew that seeing those girls had made something click but sighed and went to walk, but she slipped over on a banana peel that randomly appeared. But before she could fall to the ground someone had caught her, "It'd be a shame for any harm to come to that cute face of yours young lady." the person said, shocked at how someone knew of her gender and turned to look up to see someone dressed in a school uniform but it wasn't Ouran or Free Lady. Two other students from another school appeared walking through the hallway, Ouran student's watched them go by and to which they went to music room #3. "This looks like the place." One said as the others nodded in agreement. They opened the door and saw the host club dress up, they welcomed them but the two didn't move, Tamaki went on to speak and bowed to the students. The students were two girls and they didn't look happy, "Oh my do you really think you'd be able to protect us? That's awfully arrogant of you, wouldn't you agree? You think that's what a woman wants to hear, well you're wrong." One said getting Tamaki's attention and the others.

"Come on give him a break sister Suzuran, manages lowly life-forms who don't care about anything other than perpetuating their testosterone-laden image, by protecting us he is actually attempting to disguise the fact that he is weak and unable of even protecting himself." The other said the other went on to speak highly of the other's cleverness. Tamaki stood up and asked what they prefer to hear as ladies themselves but a voice dropped in feeling soft and gentle, "I would want to hear maybe something like I would never leave my lover alone." They turned to see a girl wearing the same uniform like the other two girls and holding Haruhi in her arm, she continued to say "If we fight it would be together if we fail we fail together even if I were to die I promise that I would never leave your side my love." and to which she leaned to kiss Haruhi's free hand, the host club was left in shocked and confusion. The other girls turned to greet the other girl. The girl named Benio said that she saw Haruhi outside and went to say that she had beautiful maidenly eyes and to which the other girls started to feel her skin, Tamaki snapped and stormed his way so he could get Haruhi away from the girls but to get punched by Benio. "Leave her alone!" she demanded to make Tamaki run back to the hosts, the three walked forward. "Guess the rumours we heard were true, you guys are just a bunch of weak little punks with no sense between you," Benio said, Kyoya readjusted his glasses and asked if they were from Lobelia to which Benio said yes.

As you know the girls went on to introduce themselves to which made the host confused, the twins burst into laughter at the name "Zuka club" but were stopped when Renge popped out and explained what Lobelia is. She soon went away to wherever she goes off to while the Zuka went on to talk and the host got bored and started to ignore them, once again the Lobelia girls talked before turning to Haruhi. "The host club's president may be a pretty little halfer but he shouldn't be using his looks to create a fictitious romance. Attempting to fool the heart of a pure young maiden is demeaning, your so-called club activities are nothing more then debasing macho fantasies. I promise you, well will bring you guys down!" Benio explained to which the other girls cheered, there talk going back and forth for a little bit until Haruhi appeared with coffee and you could slightly hear someone singing in the background. Benio was stopped upon hearing it, "You hear that ladies, such a beautiful voice!" Benio said as the room went quiet, the voice became louder and to where the door opened to show Jay walking through with headphones in.

Jay did not see that everyone was watching and they watched her sing and move to clean the tables before re-watering the flowers, that was until she felt eyes on her and she looked up to see the host, Haruhi and the Lobelia girls starring at her.
