Chapter 2 Okay

*Shawn's P.O.V.*

I had my mom pick Maria and I up from the magcon concert. Man she's beautiful I hope she doesn't have a boyfriend.

When we got to my house I introduced her to my sister and dad. Then I took her up to my room.

"Thanks for letting me come here" she said

"No problem"

"Your house is huge"

"Yeah I'm lucky aren't I?"

"Yeah"

"You should get changed"

"Um...." She said reminding me we're at my house

"Right, sorry uh here" I threw her a pair of my pants and a T-shirt

"Thanks, where's the bathroom" she asked

"Down the hall first door to the right"

She walked out of my room and I quickly got changed. Then fell on my bed, and waited for her. About a minuet later she walked in.

"Sorry I got lost" she says

"It's fine do you want to watch a movie?" I asked

"Sure!"

I let her look through the movies in my room and she picked 'Gulliver's Travels' and I said it was fine. She put it in then sat next to me on my bed. As far as she could be from me.

I know it's just because she's shy and things like that, but it makes her cuter. While the previews were playing I asked her.

"Where do u live?" I asked

"*********"

"Oh I can have my patents take u there tomorrow"

"Thanks"

The movie started and we both got our eyes glued to the screen. At one point she laughed. Man she has the cutest laugh. I think I'm falling for her.

I kept moving over to her throughout the movie. I wanted her I wanted to be there for her, and I wanted to protect her.

She looked over at me and caught on and scotched over so our legs were centimeters away.

About 15 minuets after that her head fell on my shoulder. I realized she was sleeping and didn't mind. When the movie was over I turned the tv off and slowly moved to a laying down potion. Maria readjusted without waking up by cuddling up to me and putting her head on my chest.

"Goodnight Maria" I say knowing she wouldn't here me, I took her glasses off for her and put them on the stand next to her.

I laid their and played with Maria's hair. Until I fell asleep myself.

I woke up to Maria moving around, trying to get up.

"Sorry" she says

"Good morning" I say

"Where's my glasses?"

"Oh, here" I said and handed her, her glasses.

"Thanks"

"Are you hungry?"

"A little" she said

"Come on let's go" I got up and stopped in front of her

"What?" She said

"Hop on" I said and she did

I gave her a piggy back ride downstairs, and sat her down on my kitchen counter. She looked so pretty with her bed head and too large shirt.

"What do you want?" I asked

"Anything"

"Okay how about pancakes?" I said

She nodded her head and I got all the stuff out and she helped me flip the pancakes. When they were finished Aaliyah walked in.

"Ooohhh I want some" she says

I looked at Maria and she said

"I don't mind making more"

"Thank you I have to go to the bathroom, brb" she said then walked out.

Maria started flipping the pancakes and I walked up behind her and put some whipped cream in her hair. She turned around slowly and shot daggers at me.

"Your gonna pay for this Mendes" she said

"I already am"

She chased after me with the whipped cream, which I stupidly set on the counter. I tripped and she fell on top of me. She sat on me and said.

"Hasta la vista sucker" then made me look like Santa Claus with the whipped cream. I sat up her now on my lap.

"Ho Ho ho" I said looking into her eyes. I put my hand on her cheek and started to lean in, she closed her eyes and I closed mine. Our lips found each other. She put her hands around my neck and our lips moved in sync. It felt right I never felt what I'm feeling right now.

She pulled apart and we were staring into each others eyes. I love her eyes they sparkle even through her glasses.

"We should go check on the pancakes"
She says and stands up

"Okay" I said
