Chapter 3 Will you...

*Maria's P.O.V.*

After we awkwardly finished eating breakfast, it was time for me to go home. When we got to my house Shawn walked me in.

"Thank you" I say

"Wait" he says "can I have your number?"

"Sure"

We exchanged numbers and I was about to walk in when Shawn grabbed me and pulled me close to him and smashed his lips on mine. We pull apart and he smiles and winks at me.

"Bye" I say

"Bye"

I walked in closed the door leaned against it and slid to the floor.

"You have some explaining to do" my dad says "come on"

I follow him to the living room and sit on the couch across from him.

"What, I left you a message because you weren't answering my calls" I say

"You said you were staying at Hayley's house!!" He says yelling "not a boys house!!"

"I'm sorry, I didn't want to worry you" I say

"Oh your in big trouble young lady" he says

"Daaaaaddd" I wine

"No your grounded for a week. go to your room."

"But"

"No buts go!"

I turn and run to my room. I've never seen him like this before. I laid in my bed feeling bad for myself. What a stupid thing to do.

But hey Shawn kissed me twice, so it was worth it. Wait do I like Shawn I'm not sure, but it felt good when we kissed. I got up realizing I'm wearing Shawn's clothes. thank God my dad didn't notice.

I was about to call Hayley, but my dad bursts in

"Give me your phone!!" He booms

I hand it over and cross my arms

"What's wrong?" I say

"What's wrong!?! My daughter comes home kissing some boy, wearing his clothes, and slept at his house without my permission!!!!" He yells " and worst of all she lied about where she was. You two better not of had sex. If you did I'm going to kill that son of b-"

I interrupted "we didn't do anything" I say.

"I want to meet this boy you've been seeing got it!!"

"I only met him last night!" I said, but regret it immediately, his eyes widen.

"And you stayed at his house!!!!!!!!!!"

"I'm sorry"

"You are not allowed to see this boy again"

"But, dad" I run up to him

"No he says I've made up my mind"

I push him out of my room "I hate you!!!!!" I say before slamming the door in his face. I lay in my bed and cry myself to sleep

My mom wakes me up with a plat of food in her hand, good dinner, finally.

"Your dad told me what happened" she said

"Figures" I say

"I got you something" she says and pulls out a box. I take it and open it.

"Contacts!" I say happy because my mom and dad never would let me wear them. They match my blue eyes

"Thank you" I said then hugged her

"We need to talk" she said

"Now what" I groan

"You swear you and this boy didn't have sex." She says

"Yes and his name is Shawn"

"Okay, you know what can happen right?"

"Yes"

"Good"

"Mom, dad said I could never see Shawn again, will you try to change his mind"

"I will" she said then walked out

I started to eat my chicken when my window starting making noises. I looked over and jumped, it was Shawn, but holy crap he scared me. I walked over and opened my window. He was sitting on a tree branch that came up to my window.

"What are you doing here? My dad will kill you" I say

"I'll take that chance" he says then climbs into my bedroom.

"Shawn I got grounded and yelled at and everything" I said

"I'm so sorry" he says

"What do you want?" I said

He looks down at me

"Where's your glasses?" He says

"Contacts"

"Oh"

He leans down and kisses me I wrap my hands around his neck and he puts his hands on my hips.

We pull apart and look into each other's eyes.
