the invite

     When I arrived at the school I carried my duffel bag up to the second floor where we would be dorming this year. One side of the floor was for girls and the other for boys. They never really account for the gays; even if they did, they can't really seperate us without getting accused of discrimination. Not that it would really matter though. I've never actually even got close to someone like that,and I probably never will.

I walked over to a crowd of students seeing very few students I knew from last year but most of the time students get released after a year at most and sometimes they get released after a month. I'm a different case because I have a deeper illness then depression, anxiety, or ocd. Those kinds of people are only here for a month and get referred to other places because this building is for teens who actually can't function in society

A yellow paper was tacked to the wall with two columns with rows of twos. Upon closer inspection I saw that one row was boys and the second was girls. I scanned the first row for my name... ah ha!

Wait who's my dorm mate... not to bad

It's Kamanari! He's not too bad and he's friends with Kacchan! In all honesty though I don't think Kamanari would really want to be friends with me, but it's worth a shot! A Lot of the students here are really nice because they've been through so much unkindness.

I make a hasty decision and went up to Kamanari to try to get to know him better. He was having a conversation with Kirishima over by the fire extinguisher.

"I'm not sure if he's gay or nah... oh hey Midoriya!" He looked nervous and put his hand behind his hand behind his head at my arrival. I'm not sure if he was talking about me or no I'm not too good with social cues.

"Hey Kaminari! We get to be roommates this year isn't that cool." I nervously chuckled

" Yeah man we never really talked much last year but I'm sure we could be good friends this year. You know bakugou right?"

" Yeah we were good friends in elementary school but...." I stoped for a moment considering whether or not telling him about kacchan is a good idea. " We sorta drifted apart after 5th grade." Lieing seemed like the best option for me at the moment but I quickly regretted it.

"I mean bakubro is having a party next week, I guess if you want to go I guess it shouldn't be a problem with right?" Kirishima looked over at Kaminari only for him too shrug.

" I'll tell you what, how about you come anyway I'm sure he won't even notice you there since there are always so many people there!" Kirishima smirked and winked at me

" Wha-at I'm don't know...." I barely stuttered out.

Before I could protest any further the two walked away. Shit this will be bad.
