Yawning you woke up and stretched. The clock next to you read 05:38 PM. You still had some free time before your first shift at Freddy's would start. After a few minutes, you got up to take a shower. The water was warm for once, everyone else probably showered earlier that day or hasn't yet.

You wondered if the boiler in the basement would ever get fixed. The water slowly got colder, so you turned the water off and stepped out of the shower. Your mind drifted back to earlier that day, specifically to Scott. He had been so nice today. It's been ages since anyone has treated you like you were even human.

After a while, you snapped out of your thoughts. You wondered how long you had been thinking of him, while your face began to heat up. It made no sense to you, You barely even knew this guy after all... but somehow there was something about him that kind of drew you towards him. You tried to shrug it off.

Sighing you went outside of the bathroom, shivering from the cold air in the rest of your apartment, and searched on a worn-down shelf for clothes. You walked over to the broken mirror, to make sure that you looked at least presentable.

Eventually, you got tired from sitting around in your depressing apartment, and also you were pretty hungry. Just then, you realized that you hadn't eaten anything today. There was only one thing that came to your mind, Freddy's. Maybe you could find an abandoned slice of pizza somewhere.

The thought of it was gross, but you were more than tight on money right now. You weren't going to spend your rent money on anything if you could. Looking at the clock again, you saw that it was 06:24. You could easily get there until seven. So you got up, put your jacket on, grabbed the keys from the floor, and made your way to the Pizzeria.

A bit after 7 you finally arrived at Freddy's. Most customers have already gone home by this point and kids were tired out. A few were still playing catch or drawing with crayons. Some teenagers hung out by the Arcade, getting rid of their last few coins before closing time.

You walked around to see if there was an abandoned pizza or something else anywhere. Finally, you found one. You were just about to go to the table when you heard a voice behind you. "Kitten ~ what are you doing here so early?". You mentally cursed and turned around to face the purple man.

"Did you miss me ~ ?" he asked and laughed. You were about to cross your arms and huff when your stomach grumbled. Vincent looked surprised at first, but then his grin came back. "Ah, I see. You know there are far better restaurants not too far from here. I can take you there, like as an apology for the joke earlier today ~"

Before you could even respond in any way he grabbed your hand and dragged you through the Pizzeria. "I won't let you eat some old and cold pizza, you might get sick". There was a slight sense of concern in his voice, which surprised you. You didn't think he'd be the type of guy to care for someones well being.

Walking through the Pizzeria you noticed that a few of the customers were staring at you, some even seemed to glare. You pulled back a bit, which alerted Vincent who caught on to it pretty quickly, "don't mind them. They're probably just jealous that you're walking with some hot stuff ~". He laughed it off. You got the feeling that Vincent was pretty popular with some of the female customers.

He was strange, not just because he was purple, but in general. His constant flirting and his ignorance of personal space were off-putting. However, he did have a certain charm to him, that even you couldn't stay unaffected by. "I mean he's taking me out to dinner for what he did earlier today", you thought.
