"Can you feel it?" my papa said as he touched the ground; covered in a layer of dust from the carnival earlier today.

"Feel what" I asked in a curious tone.

"The realms" he spoke gravely, "shifting". I parted my lips to speak, this was the first time papa had ever spoken to me about things like this. But he was right any man, witch, demon, or pagon could feel it. Someone new was in office in hell.

"Where are you going!" I screamed at him as he took his bag and began to walk away from me. I ran closer tracking him.

"I found a new home," he said. I grabbed his arm pulling him closer to face me.

"Robin please, you're all I have" I pleaded with him. He shook his head as he shrugged me off and fixed his red baseball cap upon his head. "You'll never be allowed back" "were your family Robin" I screamed after him but he ignored me.

"Your going to be so important to us child" papa said as he touched my cheek with the back of his hand. I looked down at my feet. At the time I didn't understand what he meant.

I smiled and nodded. He walked away walking towards the snake charmer. Something about what my father said made me feel uneasy. I mean I already felt uneasy, with the shifting of the realms all. I took my long blonde hair into my hands as I wrapped a light green scarf at the bottom of my neck. Pulling a few strands out of the low ponytail to frame my face I looked at my reflection in one of the fun house mirrors that's around the carnival grounds. I smiled at my reflection. I looked ridiculous. I was wearing a light cream colored dress with a dark blue jean jacket. I missed my old clothes. The ones I wore before we traveled to Greendale. They were beautiful each thread perfectly and artistically placed. The gold stands would embroider the hems glowing in the sunlight. I wiped my shaking hands on the dress and turned away from my reflection. I walked from the grounds towards the wooded area. I mean the entire town of Greendale was highly wooded. Trees covered almost the entire land, except where their high school Baxter high and their small shops were located.

There was a small area I really loved in this town. I didn't know exactly where the place was but the trees were particular. They felt magical. Everything about this town was like magic. It was magical and dark. Finally I arrived. It was a meadow of sorts. Blue and yellow flowers covered the area. I sat down touching the pedals of the flowers with the tips of my fingers. I laid onto the ground feeling the light and the slight heat of the sun on my face. I closed my eyes and relaxed into the feeling of being surrounded by pure nature.

"Well, well, well what do we have here" a man's voice said. My eyes opened as I did not recognize this voice. Laying my palms flat on the grass below me I sat up looking around. It was then I saw a boy with sandy blonde hair. He was gorgeous. I stood up backing away from him as he came closer towards me.

"Don't walk away my little imp" He said as he continued towards me. I looked at the man confused.

"Are you lost?" I asked him. He didn't seem lost but it was the first thing that came to my mind. Maybe he was lost, maybe he was a drunk who had found his way into the woods last night. It would explain the odd way he was dressed. Kind of.

"No. I'm exactly where I need to be" he said as he grabbed my hand pulling me close to him. With a raise of the hand we were surrounded in what looked as if a spiral of fire.

"No" I screamed as loud as I could but we had already teleported. To where was the real question. The man chuckled a bit as he let go of me pushing him away from me I ran backwards looking around at my surroundings. The room was large with gold and red statues. In the exact middle of the room there was a large thrown with a gold hand with red painted nails. Then on the other side was what looked like a pile of skulls. Comforting. After muttering something in Latin with another wave of his hand I felt a weight around both my wrists. Feeling the weight I looked down seeing to silver cuffs around my hands connected to a short chain attached next to the bottom of where the thrown sat. I tried pulling backwards but it seemed that the harder I pulled the shorter the chain connected to me would get. I placed one of my feet on the stairs of the podium trying to pull myself away from the chain. But my leg gave out on me causing me to fall back hitting my head and back on the grey floor. The man chuckled once again as a tear trailed down my face.

"What do you want?" I asked him as I continued to lay on the ground in pain. He came closer to me stopping when he reached less than a foot away from my body.

"Your going to tell me everything about your little family" He said as he kneeled down next to me. I placed my hand on the ground beside me pushing my body up so that I was sitting at eye level to him. What did he mean by my little family? Did he know what my father had been planning?

"I don't know anything," I stated. I mean I didn't know much so it wasn't really a lie. He didn't make a sound just stared at me as if I was lying.

"Where are we? Who are you?" I asked the boy and he smiled standing above me once again.

"Who am I? Sweetheart, I'm the king of hell. We are in pandemonium." he stated gesturing towards the room we were in. He grabbed a crown, that looked as if it was made of bones, off of a red silk pillow placing it on his head. He smiled looking at me once again.

"Now" he said pulling the chain I was connected to upwards, causing me to stand.

"Tell me what is your family planing" he said as he pulled the chain towards him, where he now sat on the throne.
