Y/N's POV
Why did he ask that all of a sudden? How did he know that man? Someone who is already dead? Why did he want to know about him?
He only shook his head when I asked why but I was curious about that.
I approached my nose to his and asked, "why are you asking that?"

"It's nothing. Don't worry baby."

I nodded before his lips reached mine. He then tried sit and said, "I'll be leaving now."

"Already," I whined as I expected more for that night.

He giggled then said, "it won't be good if the man who will ask for your hand tomorrow is in your room tonight."

"Yeah right."

V's POV
My plan was only to ask her about that man, who was also my father but how could I inquire more. She didn't know about him. Maybe she knew but Y/N never lied to me. I-I trust her...
I only needed some documents. Her father must have them!

[The Following Day]
Damn! I was feeling so bad for her! I was only using her. I did have a little feeling but I honestly didn't want to live the rest of my life with her cause... cause her fucking father. Her family! I didn't want to get marry though...

On entering her office, I could see her face glowing. It was all because of her make up and maybe excitement?
"My parents invited you today at 1 p.m!!" She said excitedly.

"Yeahh.." I tried to show a huge smile of happiness but ended up by showing a weak one.

"What happened? Aren't you happy?"

"Indeed, I've been waiting for this day!" I said while grabbing her waist and plunging in her eyes.

"Bye baby. I need to work now," I said and gave her a peck before leaving.

I finished my works quickly so that I could go to her office, hoping that she wouldn't be there at the moment. Luckily the room was vacant. 'The documents should be in a place where no body else can come at except family members so.. that's the place! Ain't I lucky!'

After a while, I bit my lips, thinking where it could possibly be. I couldn't find it at all. But well.. I could find something important. "Blackmailing will be the next mission for me."

*giggles* "yeah. We'll see that afterward."
That was Y/N's voice and who couldn't recognise her cute giggles. I sat comfortably on the couch and waited for her.

"Oh! You're h-here," her eyes widened.

"Waiting for you to go at your place. I've already been prepared since back then." Lying again as I wasn't even interested in marriage.

"Impatient?"

"More than you can imagine," I chuckled.

She giggled and said, "wait for me. I'll just assemble these papers."

"Any help?"

"No no. It's ok."

My eyes refused to leave her. I tried to but they were being stubborn. Why so? I knew that I fell in love again but to what extent..? Wasn't she the prettiest girl? If not, then I must be lying to myself. Her inner beauty.. I could see it and appreciate it. Tugging her hairs behind her ears literally gave me chills.

"Damn V!! Why did I refuse your help? It would be better if you help me instead of looking at me. That gaze.. I can't anymore." she whined.

I smirked to tease her.

"W-wha-why!!??"

"Ok ok. I'll stop," I teased.

Her father entered the office.
"You're here already!"

"Yes Sir," I said while standing for a handshake.

"Will you come with me or Taehyung?"

"Ehh-.."

"Don't be hesitated. Go with him if you want but it won't be a long drive." He let out some laughs.

Hand in hand, we stopped by to relish the deliciousness of our favourite flavoured ice cream.
"It's so good. I really wanted to eat that!"

"I'm a mind reader. Shh.."

"Without doubt!" We both laughed.

"You should return now. They are waiting for us at home."

"I wish we could spend more time together."

"Patient baby," I then whispered to myself, "by time, you'll only obey me."
