Im sorry for the time skips, its annoying i know. Anyways, i went on my first job interview yesterday aaaaaand lets say it was what I expected...

"How was it?"

"I hate it with all my guts.." Leira lazily dry her hair before plopping on the bed face down.

Her oversized bape hoody reached her knee, Kai can't help but to see her as a livesized grunge doll.

He sighed as he took the towel on her head, drying her hair soothingly. Leira let out a groan.

"How do you live working like that? Don't you feel like your brain suffocate sitting in the office and meetings after meetings, annoying old man, flirty old man's son-"

"Whoa, how dare they? You're my yeobo." Kai said making her looked at him judgingly and plopped back down.

"Hwi is so lucky. He get to be in Brazil discovering stuff and I'm stuck here with a company to handle and a very annoying friend of my ex boyfriend."

Kai chuckled and they enjoyed the quietness as he kept on rubbing her head to ease her stress. After awhile, Kai could hear her sighing for the uptenth time.

"I don't like it."

"What? This?"

"No, you're doing great. This heartbroken thingy. I don't like it." Leira turned to lay on her back.

"You'll get through it, Lei. I'm here for you. Always."

"Of course you will. We're getting married. Duh."

"Ain't that exciting?" Kai said playfully.

"Kim Jongin, shut up."

*We're in the states, honey. Its Kai."

A week has passed, Kai is back to being the Director of KimMeds and Leira had been dragged to her father's company. She actually catch up pretty well and the board members were not really that fond of reporting to her.

That's another story to tell.

"Sorry you had to see me like this. I'm not usually this bitchy." Leira sniffed.

"Are you crying?" Kai asked softly, turning her to him.

A tear slide at the side of her eyes.

"It still hurts."

Kai pulled her to his chest and stroked her hair in calming manner. She sobbed silently.

There's nothing he could say to make her feel better.

He played a part in the lover's break up. There's no way he would let Leira know that.

"Take your time, Lei. I will wait for you to open your heart to me." He said kissing her head softly.

"Chae. Hospital." Doyoung hold down her hand that was pointing at the exhausted looking doctor.

"Hey. What happen?"

"She faught." Doyoung said shortly.

"Fist fight?" Seungwoo asked and looked at the doctor assigned to her.

"A friend of yours? She apparently, beat up a guy over a cat." said the doctor. Seungwoo raised his eyebrows.

"He was pulling the cat by its tail like a mad man laughing and I went ballistic- thats not the point! You!" Chae scrunched her nose at him.
