When the last bell rang to release us I walked briskly to my locker, trying not to swing my bag onto its top, I practically ran to the end of the lockers to find mine. I quickly put in my combo, put the un- needed books in, and slammed the door shut.

"Howdy" Bailey hollers from her locker door two lockers down from mine.

"Holy schnykies Bailes! Try not to scare the hell outta me please! Oh and I got another sticky" I sighed slamming it into her hand before watching it flutter to the floor. We look at each other, then the sticky note, then back.

"You-You gonna get that or what?" I laugh and grab out my lunch box because eating the cafeteria food is like eating crap, wrapped in a burrito, then tossed in a dump, then fed to you. You have no freaking clue what the hell it is by the time it gets to you. Could be the neighbors cat, Or your dog that your parents sent to "the farm up north". The world may never know.

"Nah I think it's good right where it is" she tittered leaning up against the lockers.

"You're an assmunch"

"Ahh yes but you see, I am a tasty ass munch"

"Hmmm yeah I choose not to think of m best friends ass being tasty" She rolls her eyes before grabbing ahold of my arm.

"Creeper beeper at your three o'clock" she whispered.

"You. Me. Football stadiums after lunch" I tossed at him before looking back at Bailey and ushering for her to follow. I stole a quick glance up at the guy to see a teasing smile plastered on his face. I smirked before grabbing her hand and pulling her along.

"What exactly are you gonna do? You can't just beat up some random dude 'cause you want to!" Bailey tried to reason while we waited at the bleachers.

"My dear Bails of hay why on earth would you think I'm gonna beat him? Plus you should know I don't plan these things"

"Ahh yes but you see I do know you and I also know you're as temperamental as a three-year old getting its toys taken away"

"So? Makes everything a little more interesting" I shrug tossing the last tatertot in my mouth. The weird thing is that the bag said 'Potato Puffs' so does that make then taste different or that the company had no childhood?

I snapped my head up when I heard the gravel shifting under heavy footsteps.

"So I was beckoned and now I'm at your service how may I help you?" He laughs leaning casually against the metal banister.

"I would really appreciate it you creepily look at me when I'm at my locker" I state as I pop a piece of gum in my mouth, throwing one to Bailey, and offering one to Creeper Beeper who shook his head politely.

"Hmm. I'm surprised you didn't jump me with the question of 'Are you the one leaving me stickies?'" He laughs.

"Well are you?"

"Wouldn't you just love to know?"

"Hmmm well yeah that's why I asked"

"Well then I guess the answer would be I don't know" I rolled my eyes as I finally started to get annoyed.

"Whatever. Bailes I'm leaving 'cause I have to work" I tossed behind me.

"Hey Pepper?"

"Yeah Salt?"

"You need your keys" She laughs before tossing them to me. I smile before walking around the bleachers and into the parking lot. Steps bounded behind me And I immediately knew they weren't Bailey's. I spun around and almost plowed into his chest.

"May I be of service to you?" I ask unlocking my black PT Cruiser.

"Ethan" he stuck his hand out.

"Um, Pepper" I stuck my hand in his for a hand shake while adjusting my bag so it doesn't topple over.

"So did you need something?" He just pulls out a thick pad of multi- colored sticky notes before scrawling something down and handing it to me and walking off.

"Wow blunt much?" I holler. I heard his boisterous laugh as he rounded to the first building, while I looked down at the sticky.

Meet Me at the city water tower. 9 o'clock sharp. ;)

~ Ethan ~

I rolled my eyes before stuffing it gently into my back pocket and climbing into the driver's seat.
